Cala d'Hort is on the far western edge of Ibiza and is quite a remote beach just south of Cala Truja and Cala Carbo. The sandy beach is quite small and the waters remain quite shallow though the surrounding area is rocky. Cala d’Hort is also very close to the small islands of Es Vedra and Es Vedranell, which are clearly visible just offshore.
There are some good bars and restaurants around the beach which offer very good views, particularly at sunset. In fact, Cala d'Hort (and other beaches on this side of Ibiza) provide some of the best sunsets on the island.
