This luxury villa in Mougins is set in 2,500 square meters of beautiful landscaped gardens. The house is set in a very prestigious residential protected estate, the Parc de Mougins. It is only a few minutes by car from the famous village of Mougins, this lovely néo-Provençal villa, tastefully decorated in a modern style, offers space and brightness. You can walk to a boulangerie and the lovely Hotel La Manoir d'Etang, which is great for exquisite lunches on the terrace or evening dining.

On the large terrace, a summer dining and sitting area faces the swimming pool and the garden. The security feature for the pool is an approved alarm system.

Linen and bath towels are included in the rental price however, for off season rentals, these must be requested. Please bring your own pool towels. The final cleaning of the villa is an extra charge as is electricity and telephone which are charged on a usage basis.

NOTE: Smoking is allowed at the property and pets are by special request.

Interior

The house is all air conditioned - but it is chargeable at cost to the client.

Ground Floor

Entrance Hall – guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and double living room with fire place opening on to the terrace. The sitting and dining area are open plan

The Master bedroom with en suite bathroom is also on this floor together with another double bedroom with family bathroom.


On the Mezzanine floor there is a lounge and Master bedroom opening on to a terrace. with en suite bathroom with huge bath, jacuzzi and power jets on the shower equipment.

On the garden level there is a double bedroom with shower room and a lounge with TV corner.

The uniltity area is also at the garden level.

 

The grounds

The beautiful landscaped gardens are delightful. There are flat lawned areas and plenty of room on the terrace for relaxation.

On the large terrace, a summer dining and sitting area faces the swimming pool and the garden. There is a full compliment of sun loungers, tables and parasols, along with a BBQ.

There is plenty of parking.

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque for 50% of the total cost is required. Final balance required 8 weeks before the due date.

A bond/sec. deposit is also taken to cover electricity/telephone and any breakages.

Rental price does NOT include telephone, linen, water, electricity and final cleaning.

The French Riviera has a very stable Mediterranean climate.  Spring, summer and autumn are always sunny and the winters are gentle.  The summers can be very hot.  Rainfall is infrequent and rarely lasts long occurs mainly in March-April and October-November
