La Casa is situated in the mountains of Manilva, between the urbanizations of Punta Chullera and La Paloma in the Costa Del Sol. The Costa del Sol is a region in the south of Spain, in the autonomous community of Andalucia, comprising the coastal towns and communities along the coastline of the Province of Málaga. The Costa del Sol is situated between two lesser known coastal regions, the Costa De La Luz and Costa Tropical. Formerly made up only of a series of small fishing settlements, today the region is a tourist destination of world renown.

A highly impressive luxury holiday retreat with 3 luxurious villas, 2 private pools & breathtaking sea views. Perfect for large groups of family or friends. The venue is split into 3 separate living quarters; The Main House, Ocean View & Garden View so large parties travelling together have space & privacy whilst being in the confines of the stunning private grounds.

The villa is in a fantastic location, only 5 minutes drivefrom Puerto La Duquesa with shops, bars and restaurantes and its own golf and country club. There are many more golf courses within a short drive of the villa. Estepona is 15 minutes drive from the villa & Puerto Banus, famous for its amazing nightlife is only half an hour away.

Car hire is necessary - You are able to walk to 2 beach bars, but there is a rather large hill which I would not recommend for elderly or children to walk and would suggest a car is advisable.

There are all amenities within 5 minutes drive of La Paloma. 

The housekeeper works 3 days a week Mon, Wed, Fri 8am-2pm.

*any extra housekeeping required can be discussed with the housekeeper at an extra cost.

If you require a babysitter the housekeeper is very reliable and trustworthy and has worked as a nanny previously. Please discuss with her if you would like this service. Service is at an extra cost.

The housekeeper is able to prepare any meals you require within her working hours. Anything you wish to be cooked outside these hours will have to be discussed with her and will be at an extra cost.

This spectacular contemporary accommodation is sleek and stylish throughout. The two beautifully finished bedrooms come complete with their own private bathrooms with showers. The open-plan kitchen has all the modern appliances and necessities and overlooks the living room with its comfy sofas and a warm feel to it. The living room has large French sliding doors leading to a terrace where you can step outside and enjoy the spectacular views of the garden and scenery.

Outside there is plenty of space to kick back & unwind on the terraces furnished with luxury loungers and day beds. The incredible infinity pool with views over the ocean takes centre stage and you can even grab yourself a cold beer from your poolside bar! Throughout your stay you have the services of a live in housekeeper & a groundsman who will ensure your holiday rental lives up to your expectations in every way. They stay in the Gate House Accommodation.

The most unique benefit of the property is the panoramic views which really have to be seen with the eye to be fully appreciated. We provide beach towels, parasols, over-sized loungers so you can ensure you'll have a relaxing time by the two pools at the venue or even in the hot tub. The property has recently been renovated so has all the modern appliances and has been refurbished beautifully. 

The second pool is located at the top of the estate near the Gate House (where housekeeper and groundsman stay) over looking the Garden View property and chiringuito. 

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.

Check in time is after 2pm and check out time is before 10am on the day of departure.

The maid service is from 8am-2pm for 3 days per week.

The linens and towels are changed once a week unless you require more changes, this will incur an additional charge. 

June, July & August is the summer season with July and August as the hottest months.  May and September/October comfortable warm days and cool nights.  March and April is the rainy season but still warm.  January/February is warm but not too hot - this is the time of year when you see the Spanish in fur coats and the English in vests and shorts!
