Villa Oriental is a chic, modern recently constructed villa of 350 m2 set in 6500 m2 of tranquil, landscaped gardens situated between Mougins and Cannes. just minutes from the A8 motorway and the Mediterranean coast of Cannes.

The property has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total. There are 5 bedrooms in the main house including three doubles with en suite bathrooms.

Attached to the house is a guest or family apartment (43 m2) with a double bedroom, living room, kitchen, WC and shower room.

The villa is located within the grounds of the Hameau du Guillet and is just minutes from the A8 motorway making visits to Nice, St Tropez, Monaco and other popular destinations very convenient.

The beaches of Cannes and the town itself can be reached in 15 minutes and other beaches along the west or east coasts of the Mediterranean readily accessible.

There are six great golf courses within a 20 minute drive and from this location, it is only 1 hour from the first ski slopes of the region in the winter months.

The old town of Mougins has a selection of renowned restaurants and art galleries. The medieval village of Valbonne with its artisanal market and village square dining experiences is only a 10 minute drive.

Within a 15 minute drive, Grasse, 'the perfume capital of the world' is a must see.

Upper Floor:

Entrance hall with all 5 bedrooms based on this floor. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and air conditioning.

Bedroom 1 and 2, both double bedrooms, sharing a bathroom.

Bedroom 3 - Master bedroom, en suite bathroom with a split-level, very spacious terrace.

Bedroom 4 and 5, both double bedrooms, sharing a large bathroom.

Just before the entrance there is the 43 m2 guest apartment with double bedroom, shower, WC, kitchen and living room.

Lower Floor:

There is a large, open-plan living/dining room leading out to an enormous terrace. There is a small office off to one end of the living room and another more private alcove within the living room in another corner.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is light and spacious and leads out onto the surrounding terrace.

There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

The landscaped, terraced garden is set over 65000 m2 of shrubs, flowers and palm trees.

The whole area has a sophisticated fibre optic lighting system allowing for the extensive garden, buildings, drive way and the swimming pool area all to be lit up at night.

The exclusive heated, infinity kidney-shaped swimming pool overflows onto two lower levels with the pool terrace being large enough to accommodate up to 150 people, making it an ideal location for functions and parties, with a covered terrace with a table, sun loungers and parasols and views of the surrounding countryside.

There is a large, luxury pool house with a separate bar, kitchen facilities, sauna, spa, shower and WC.

There is covered parking.

There is a 24 hours protection alarm system, with cameras all around the living area which is connected directly to the police.

A deposit of 50% of the total rental is required at the time of booking. The outstanding balance is required 8 weeks before arrival.

Linen, towels, pool towels, gas, electricity, water consumption are included in the rental price but this is capped at 200 euros per week - any amounts over this limit will be chargeable.

Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday from June to September and flexible dates at other time of the year.

The rental price includes. changing of linen + towels once pr. week. (Saturday)

Possibility of adding two extra Persons (Annex) Sofa bed size.160 m (Box mattress ) at an extra
cost of €1300 pr. week.

End cleaning €600. 
We allow no Pets, except for a small Dog (lap Dog) and we charge €8 each Day. pr each Dog. (maximum two)

The French Riviera has a very stable Mediterranean climate.  Spring, summer and autumn are always sunny and the winters are gentle.  The summers can be very hot.  Rainfall is infrequent and rarely lasts long occurs mainly in March-April and October-November
