The bedrooms are quietly placed at the rear with open views. The master bedroom has a Queen size double bed with a good range of cupboards and a fitted dressing table. The en suite bathroom has bath, fixed over shower, wash
hand basin and toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds and storage and dressing table. There is a shower room adjacent with shower stall, wash hand basin and toilet.

Booking & Payment Info
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking a property, the balance due 60 days before arrival. If arriving within the 60 day period, full payment is required. You will receive a booking form and payment details which should be completed and returned within 7 days of receipt to secure a property. The damage deposit amount varies according to the size of the property and the length of your stay. It is usually 50% of a weekly rental price. Prices include gas, electricity, linens and taxes together with a clean out charge. Telephones are metered separately. Damage deposits are held against breakages etc. and are refunded approximately four weeks after the end of each stay. Interim cleaning if desired can be arranged.
