Property Description
A spacious, newly decorated flat located within a period building and in one of Chelsea's most prestigious squares. The apartment, on the third floor, with lift, is light and spacious.
Altogether a very well decorated and comfortably furnished flat located in the heart of Chelsea, just off the Kings Road with all the many shops, restaurants and amenities that this area offers.
The nearest undergound is Sloane Square which is only a 5 minute walk away. Cleaner included once a week.

Inside the Property
The reception room overlooks the square and has a sofa, armchairs, decorative shelving, a fireplace and a dining table with seating for 4 people. The television incorporates a DVD.
The kitchen is well fitted with dishwasher, washing machine (no dryer), fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob (stove top).
The Master bedroom has a king size (6') bed, good storage and an en suite bathroom with bath, hand shower, wash hand basin and loo.
The second bedroom has twin beds, cupboards, and the second bathroom is adjacent with bath overhead shower, wash hand basin and loo.

Booking & Payment Info
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking a property, the balance due 60 days before arrival. If arriving within the 60 day period, full payment is required.
You will receive a booking form and payment details which should be completed and returned within 7 days of receipt to secure a property.
The damage deposit amount varies according to the size of the property and the length of your stay. It is usually 50% of a weekly rental price.
Prices include gas, electricity, linens and taxes together with a clean out charge. Telephones are metered separately. Damage deposits are held against breakages etc. and are refunded approximately four weeks after the end of each stay.
Interim cleaning if desired can be arranged.
