Property Description

A quietly situated 1st floor flat in a delightful mansion block with gated security and approached through gardens, this light, sunny and spacious property, which has been redecorated and newly furnished, offers comfortable accommodation.

Pitt Street is located in the heart of Kensington with the High Street and High Street Kensington underground tube station no more than a 7 minute walk. Therefore all the High Street shops, coffee shops and restaurants are on the doorstep.

There is a porter in the building.

Inside the Property

The sitting room has a decorative fireplace and good seating. There is a separate dining room with a table for six people. The kitchen is well equipped.

The Master bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom en suite with a bath, over shower, wash basin and loo.

The queen double bedroom has a bath adjacent with bath, hand shower, wash basin and loo.

Booking & Payment Info

A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking a property, the balance due 60 days before arrival. If arriving within the 60 day period, full payment is required.

You will receive a booking form and payment details which should be completed and returned within 7 days of receipt to secure a property.

The damage deposit amount varies according to the size of the property and the length of your stay. It is usually 50% of a weekly rental price.  

Prices include gas, electricity, linens and taxes together with a clean out charge. Telephones are metered separately. Damage deposits are held against breakages etc. and are refunded approximately four weeks after the end of each stay.

Interim cleaning if desired can be arranged.
