It has a very sheltered aspect but also there is a sun house a short distance from the house for those more chilly days!

House suitable for physically impaired, as there is a shower room, WC and bedroom on the Ground Floor.

On the Ground Floor, there is a large lounge with large flat screen TV, home cinema system, free-view cable TV, a selection of DVD's and a wood burning stove.

There is a library room with hundreds of books and a games room with a dart board, a table tennis table, toys, books and videos. There is also a TV with a DVD/video player.

The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with a large French farmhouse table which can seat up to 12.

There are 5 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms and super king size beds, 2 twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a further double bedroom on the Ground Floor, where there is also a shower room.

Outside the Property

There is a large decked area with table and chairs, sun loungers and hot tub. A large gas barbecue is close to the kitchen.

There is also a summerhouse with seating for four people so that you can enjoy the garden on those more chilly days!

The garden extends to around 3 acres and is well planted with great views across the Menai Strait overlooking the Snowdonian Mountain Range.

25% deposit taken if booking made more than 3 months in advance.

25% payment taken 12 weeks before

50% payment taken 6 weeks before together with security deposit of £300.

Linen, towels and final cleaning, included in rental price. Well behaved dog welcome, but an additional charge to the security deposit will be taken.
