Inside the Property

The drawing room has seating for at least twelve people with a four seater sofa and a three seater sofa plus other armchairs. The 37’ Plasma Screen includes SKY and a DVD player with surround sound.

The Hi Fi has speakers interlinked in the drawing room, kitchen and main bedroom.  The dining area has seating around oak table for twelve people. There is broadband internet access/fax/landline.

The house has under floor heating through out as well as dimmer controlled low voltage lighting everywhere.

The conservatory holds a large sofa and two armchairs.

The utility room holds a washing machine and a tumble dryer

Outside the Property

The enclosed garden has a decked terrace and lawn. There is an outside shower, a gas barbeque and garden furniture with tables and chairs to seat twelve people and two sun loungers.  
The house and garden have views across the Estuary. The central location within Rock enables easy access by foot for adults and children to all local facilities including the beach, sailing, waterskiing, golf, shops, restaurants and ferry to Padstow.
Ryanair fly from Stanstead to Newquay and BMI fly from East Midlands to Newquay and Air South West fly from Gatwick to Newquay. British Rail has fast trains to Bodmin Parkway from London Paddington. This could make your journey easier to get to Rock!

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 25% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 6 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit of £500 is also taken to cover any damage or breakages.

All linen and bath towels, tea towels, changeover cleaning are included in the price. Sorry no Pets. Midweek clean available at extra charge.
