This is a brand new luxury high specification two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor garden apartment in the Pentire Rocks Development, New Polzeath, with a patio/garden and parking.  Polzeath beach is one of Cornwall's best surfing beaches and there are many other surfing and safe for swimming beaches within a short driving distance from Polzeath. The area is also ideal for walkers with many coastal paths and country walks. The Eden Project in St. Austell is a short drive away and is a must for visitors to Cornwall.

Throughout Cornwall there are many lovely hamlets and villages both inland and coastal for you to explore.  There are many very good inns and restaurants that afford stunning locations to enjoy the local cuisine.

Inside the Property

The Master bedroom with a double bed has a luxury en-suite fitted bathroom with bath & shower, bath robes, hair dryer and, under floor heating, heated towel rail and basic toiletries. The room also has a TV, Radio alarm, space for cot.

The second twin bedroom has a luxury fitted family shower room with under floor heating, heated towel rail and basic toiletries and a hairdryer. The room also has a TV and Radio alarm.  

The modern, fully equipped open plan kitchen/living area is equipped with all the appliances designed for clean & easy living, Free view Widescreen TV, DVD, Bose HiFi with IPod doc, comfortable double sofa bed, leather chairs, oak flooring. French doors lead to a patio and garden. Scirocco is a NO SMOKING property

Outside the Property

The garden has patio with Steamer chairs and a gas BBQ, a large sun umbrella & stand. Bodysurf boards, External heated Surfers Shower, Wetsuit drying rail, Surfboard rack, Wind break, Spades etc are all provided for guests use during their stay.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 25% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 6 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit of £175 is also taken to cover any breakages or damage.

All linen and bath towels, bath robes, tea towels, oven glove, kitchen starter pack and tea tray on arrival.

Changeover cleaning are included in the price.

Midweek clean available at extra charge.

Dogs with special arrangements only.

Change over day is Friday, unless otherwise stated.
