Seamist is a secluded bungalow, an ideal family home. Available for holiday bookings throughout the year, it is quietly situated within walking distance of the beach, shops and St. Enodoc Golf Club - you can forget about the car for the duration of your stay!
It has a very pretty garden which is totally private and secure for young children. Footpaths run from the house down through the unmade lanes to the beach. Seamist has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard throughout. It has a four star ranking with the tourist board.

There will be a changeover clean or a complimentary linen change for 2 weekly rentals. Linen and towels are provided

It has a really comfortable feel and will be wonderfully relaxing for holidays at any time of the year.  Dogs are welcome on prior arrangement from the owner.  

Situated on the rugged north coast of Cornwall, Rock stands on the Camel estuary opposite the old fishing port of Padstow.  With miles of white sandy beaches on both sides of the estuary it is a wonderful place to spend time throughout the year.  Rock is an ideal location to sail, windsurf, water-ski and canoe on the relatively sheltered waters of the estuary, as well as to play golf on the two spectacular links courses of the St.Enodoc Golf Club, which is listed amongst the top 100 courses in Britain.

Inside the Property

It has a very comfortably furnished open-plan living and dining room, opening onto stone patio with teak garden furniture and gas barbecue.  The house sleeps six people in three bedrooms including a king-size bed, one twin room and one with full size bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath and a separate power shower. The second bathroom has a power shower and hand basin and lavatory. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dish washer and washing machine, electric cooker with induction hob and a microwave. There is also a laundry room with a tumbler dryer. The sitting room has an open fire place, TV with free view, DVD player, Hifi and VCR player. A cot, highchair, babysitter are all available for hire if required.

Outside the Property

Outside, there is a very pretty garden which is totally private and secure, making it ideal for young children. Footpaths run from the house down through the unmade lanes to the beach or out across the golf course to Daymer Bay. The stone patio has teak garden furniture, large sun parasol and a gas barbecue. There is plenty of space for wetsuits, golf clubs and tennis gear. Buckets and spades and surf boards are also provided. There is parking for two cars in the private driveway.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 30% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit of £100 is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.

All linen and bath towels, tea towels, and a welcome pack on arrival, wood for the fire, gas, and changeover cleaning are included in the price. Midweek clean available at extra charge.
