This is a newly refurbished, self catering holiday house that has been equipped to the highest standards, offering comfort and space in an exclusive location with views of St Enodoc, Daymer Bay, the Camel Estuary and only minutes both from Rock and Polzeath, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing break, any time of the year and an ideal retreat from which to explore this stunning area of the county.

If messing about on boats is your thing, then Rock is the place to get out on the water. If surfing is your thing, then Polzeath will more than fit the bill and for a gentler day at the beach, then it has to be Daymer Bay. If you are a real foodie, then a short ferry ride from Rock and Padstow is your destination.

Inside the Property

This house has been well furnished, with a comfortable living area, a newly installed, well equipped kitchen and a dining room with seating for up to 12 people.

There are 3 comfortably furnished bedrooms. The Master bedroom with a super king-size bed, a double bedroom with a 5ft bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds and a truckle bed.

There is one bathroom, although each of the bedrooms have their own washbasin, with an additional outside WC.

There are wooden floors throughout the property with a sun room enjoying sea views.

Outside the Property

The gardens are secluded with magnificent sea views, with paths leading to Daymer Bay over fields and the St Enodoc golf course.

There is a large patio area close to the house for those alfresco evening, watching the sun set over the sea.

There is also private parking.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 25% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 6 weeks before the arrival date.

All linen, bath towels and changeover cleaning are included in the weekly rental rate.

Rental period is from Thursday to Thursday, unless otherwise stated.

Dogs are welcome.
