Property Description

This traditional trulli house with its four separate cones, interconnection modern villa is a great solution for those who like to be within an easy walk of a Puglian village.

The villa has four bedrooms, a private pool and is located in Cisternino within a 25 minute walk of the centre of the village.

Furnished in a simple, local style, the accommodation works well for two separate famillies.

Inside the Property

In the modern villa, there is a double bedroom with an en suite bedroom and small twin bedroom with a separate shower room.

In this part of the house, there is also an open plan living/dining area and kitchenette.

In the trullo, where headroom is limited in some areas, there is a double bedroom, separate bathroom and a twin/double bedroom with a shower room en suite.

There is a further sitting room, an open plan living/dining area with access to the dining patio adjacent to the kitchenette.

Shared between the two houses, is a further kitchen, a small shower, utility room, a garage, BBQ and wood burning oven.

Outside the Property

Although there are neighbouring properties, the grounds of this villa are private due to the mature gardens and electric entrance gate.

A pretty pool area is bordered by a small orchard of fruit trees and a terraced area, ideal for enjoying the sunshine, which a poolside BBQ and dining terrace set the scene for al fresco dining. The swimming pool has solar panels.

Passing other trulli houses along the narrow country lanes, the trattorias, piazzas and whitewashed streets of Cisternino are within an easy walk from the villa.

Booking & Payment Info

A 30% deposit must be paid along with a security damage deposit of 1500 euros at the time of booking.
The full balance of the rental price including any charges (made by any supplementary invoice) must be paid 8 weeks before departure.

Insurance must be taken out in order to cover all clients and their holiday arrangements.

Once a booking has been confirmed any changes will incur a £30 amendment fee per person in respect of each change to cover costs incurred. Changes cannot be made within 42 days of departure.

All cancellations by Client must be made in writing from the person who signed the booking form, either by recorded delivery or fax. If the cancellation notification is received 43 days or more before the departure date, only the holiday deposit and insurance premium is forfeit. Within this period the following percentage of the total holiday price will be payable as a cancellation charge by the Client:

Between 42 - 28 days before departure 60%

Between 27 - 15 days before departure 80%

Between 14 and the departure date or later 100%

Linen and Towels are provided and changed once a week on a Saturday. Extra changes are available on request, for an additional charge.

Maid service is included for two hours, twice a week, extra cleaning is available on request at an extra charge.

The pool is open from 11 April to 23 Oct 2010. Outside these dates, the pool can be opened on request for an extra charge.
