Property Description

Casa Amatista is in one of the original developments around Marbella, on the Cortijo Blanco Estate, halfway between the bustling town of San Pedro de Alcantara and the famed Puerto Banus with its exotic nightlife.

The sea, numerous little restaurants, family mini markets and an excellent supermarket, are all within walking distance.

Casa Amatista is a pretty south facing villa, in an ideal location, situated only 5 minutes walk from the beach. It has an enchanting walled garden and a large, private swimming pool.

The house sleeps a maximum of 8 people and lends itself to family living, with every room being spacious and private.

There are many things to do and places to see, all within driving distance of Casa Amatista, including Granada, Jerez and Sevilla, and closer to home, the 'white' villages of Ronda, Casares and Gaucin.

Markets are held every Thursday in San Pedro and an antique/brocante market is held in the bull rind of Nueva Andalucia on Saturdays.

Golf courses are everywhere, a green fee is payable. Tennis courts can be hired. Fishing can be arranged at the port and there are riding stables in the area.

Inside the Property

This comfortable villa is a large bungalow which has a large living/dining room, which has some SKY channels, a TV and a CD player, a well equipped kitchen and a small laundry/ironing room.

There are 4 bedrooms (two Kingsize beds, one Queen bed, and one small double bed . The Master bedroom has a marble en suite shower room, with a bidet, a WC and a washbasin. There is a small double bedroom (suitable for 1 adult) with an en suite bathroom, which has a bath, a bidet, a WC and a washbasin. There is another double bedroom, suitable for 2 adults, with an en suite bathroom, which has a WC, a bidet, a bath and a washbasin. The otheris also a double bedroom. There is a separate bathroom, with a bath, a separate shower, a WC and a washbasin.

The bedroom are equipped with fans and there is air conditioning in all the bedrooms, except the Master bedroom.

Outside the Property

The outside of the property enjoys a large terrace which is furnished with outside dining furniture.

The swimming pool has plenty of sun loungers and there is a large, flat well kept lawned garden.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

Paqui comes in for 3 hours 3 times a week to keep the house and terraces swept, and change the linen, towels and beach towels once a week.

Vincente, the gardener, come 3 times a week to tend the garden and look after the swimming pool.

The final cleaning is included in the rental price.

WiFi will be installed in 2008.

Keys will be sent to the clients in advance of their arrival.
