This beautiful and stylish renovated 2 bed apartment is located between the trendy and lively areas of Chueca and Malasana in the centre of Madrid. It benefits from double glazing and new radiators and is situated on the first floor of a traditional Spanish building.

The apartment is a very good standard and very well equipped. It has a good quality sofa bed in the spacious living area 85m2 and will accommodate 2 extra persons.

The two bedrooms are twin bedded rooms and both have bedside tables and built in wardrobes.

The apartment is light and spacious and has two balconies looking onto the street.

IMPORTANT

All bed linen and towels are included in the price. However, the final cleaning is Euros 25 paid locally. If the apartment is left in an unreasonable condition then additional cleaning will be charged.

NOTE: we regret we do not accept pets at the apartment or allow smoking inside the apartment.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque for 50% of the total cost is required. Final balance required 8 weeks before the due date. A bond/security deposit is also taken to cover any breakages. Pricing is for the apartment per week, day rates available. Extra guest price €15 per person per night (maximum of 2)
