A fantastic split level flat with a perfect location for those who wish to be near the famous Ramblas. This place has been designed with the owner’s signature style, which is a more memorable touch than your average holiday apartment.

The apartment can sleep 4 people: 2 on two singles in the upper region and 2 on a double sofa in the living room.

Please note that the ceiling is a little low upstairs and may not be suitable for very tall or elderly people who cannot bend easily.
You are provided with a fully fitted kitchen.

Easy access to the metro, the Old Town, eating, drinking and shopping.

This beautiful apartment offers luxury and location, at an affordable price.

Additional services

- bottle of cold cava (Catalonian champagne) to your fridge
- welcome pack of food suited to your requirements. (We need to know what you require one week in advance and all orders are subject to approval).
- bouquet for that special someone (please state if you would like a particular type of flower)
each service at a cost of 20 euro plus the cost of the items (bottle, groceries, flowers)

We can also hire you a mobile at the cost of 10 euro a day. Plus 100 euro damage refundable deposit. Please let us how much credit you require on the SIM card (lowest 15 euro). All is payable in the office at check in.

All linen, towels and soap are provided.

Booking & Payment Info

Daily/rates from €60. Weekly/rates from €420. Monthly/rates from €1380. Cleaning costs €25 Check-in / check-out arrangments. 13:00 check-in to apartment and 11:00 check out from apartment. If you arrive at the office before 13:00 all formalities can be settled right away and you may store your bags there until 13:00, or until you wish to check-into the apartment. On rare occasions an earlier check-in to the apartment may be arranged. This can ONLY be confirmed upon your arrival. If you have a later departure time, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the office between 11:00 and 20:00. The apartment unfortunately must be vacated at 11:00, due to following arrivals.
