This apartment is in the heart of the Guadi triangle of many bars and restaurants.

Mallorca apartment is of very high quality comprising of a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, three bedrooms consisting of five single beds and a bathroom with shower.

Perfectly situated for public transport and taxis gives easy access to explore the rest of the city.
The tourist bus, offering all Barcelona’s attractions can be located within a 10 minute walk at Plaza de Catalunya.

This beautiful apartment offers luxury and location at an affordable price.

Additional services

- bottle of cold cava (Catalonian champagne) to your fridge
- welcome pack of food suited to your requirements. (We need to know what you require one week in advance and all orders are subject to approval).
- bouquet for that special someone (please state if you would like a particular type of flower)
each service at a cost of 20 euro plus the cost of the items (bottle, groceries, flowers)

We can also hire you a mobile at the cost of 10 euro a day. Plus 100 euro damage refundable deposit. Please let us how much credit you require on the SIM card (lowest 15 euro). All is payable in the office at check in.

All linen, towels and soap are provided.

Booking & Payment Info

Daily/rates from €79. Weekly/rates from €553. Monthly/rates from €1738. Cleaning costs €25. Check-in / check-out arrangments. 13:00 check-in to apartment and 11:00 check out from apartment. If you arrive at the office before 13:00 all formalities can be settled right away and you may store your bags there until 13:00, or until you wish to check-into the apartment. On rare occasions an earlier check-in to the apartment may be arranged. This can ONLY be confirmed upon your arrival. If you have a later departure time, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the office between 11:00 and 20:00. The apartment unfortunately must be vacated at 11:00, due to following arrivals.
