There is a supermarket and a bar/restaurant situated approximately within 5 minutes walking distance down the hill from the villa. (Approximately 6 minutes walking back up the hill on the return!).

Inside the Property

The accommodation consists of a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a big screen TV, with direct access to the pool area, a fully equipped kitchen, bar and opening dining area, also with a balcony enjoying sea views.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms (1 double bed of 180 cm and 1 double bed of 140 cm), 1 single bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed (all 90 cm beds).

There is air conditioning, Canal Plus and ADSL with WIFI.

There is a covered summer terrace with lovely sea views.

Outside the Property

There is a beautiful, mature, Mediterranean garden, a swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a pool house, for al fresco dining, which has a shower, WC, an Argentinian BBQ and a hi-fi system.

The swimming pool is very large with a depth between 1.40 m to 2.20 m. For small children security bracelets may be provided (they work like a baby monitor, as soon as the child hits the water). However, all parents are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure the safety of their children around and in the swimming pool at all times, not the owner's of the property.

There is a garage and private parking.

Booking & Payment Info

50% of the total rental cost is payable on booking. The remaining 50% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

A security deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due 8 weeks prior to arrival and is fully refundable. This is taken to cover any breakages, damage or extra cleaning, if needed.

Rental cost includes local taxes, all utilities, linen, towels and pool towels, telephone costs for calls within Spain, unlimited Internet use, garage parking, outside private parking, gardening and pool maintenance.

House keeping service includes initial and final cleaning, as well as one intermediate service, mid weekly. The charge is 250 euro. Additional house keeping services are available on request.

Minimal renting period is one week (7 days).

Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday.
