Property Description

This spacious two-storey, 3 bedroom villa sits atop a series of steps that lead down to the swimming pool, which is set amongst rocks and enjoys uninterrupted views of Morocco and the Straits of Gibraltar.

In the heart of Pueblos Blancos country, Gaucin is a spectacularly beautiful mountain village, commanding sweeping views to Gibraltar and the Rif mountains of North Africa.

The village is situated against the backdrop of the Serrania de Ronda where, depending on the time of year, one can enjoy an Impressionist paint palette of colours.

The centre of the village is a tangle of narrow, twisting streets with plenty of local bars and restaurants.

The accommodation consists of:

The Master Bedroom, with an en suite shower room and its balcony are reached via a minstrel's gallery which looks down onto the sitting room. This room, in turn, opens onto the villa's extensive main terrace, while the country-style dining room has a covered patio of its own - a cool spot for al fresco lunches. The kitchen is also on this level.

On the Ground Level, the second twin bedroom is generously sized and has a terrace with gorgeous views, along with a bathroom en suite.

The studio (outside access) has an open-plan kitchenette and a twin bedroom with a separate shower room and a balcony overlooking the pool.

There is a ceiling fan in the Master Bedroom, and free standing fans in the other bedrooms, sitting room, dining room and terrace.

Booking & Payment Info

A deposit is required on booking with the outstanding balance of the holiday required within 9 weeks of departure. The full amount is required if departure is within 9 weeks.

Standard holiday insurance is strongly recommended. 

Tenancies commence at 15:00 hours on the day of arrival and villas are to be vacated at 10:00 on the day of departure.

Linen change on arrival day. Second change on request at extra charge, payable locally.

Maid service, 3 hours, 3 days per week.

Food hamper included in rental price.
