Property Description

The luxury Casita Claire is situated in the exclusive El Portet area of Moraira. Casita Claire is only made available when Villa Gemela is not in use, thus giving private and exclusive use of the villa grounds, pool and other amenities at all times.

El Portet beach is less than five minutes walk away, as well as a small supermarket, pharmacy, two beach bars and superb restaurants. In addition to the pretty El Portet beach, the centre of Moraira with its Marina, Boutiques, Bars, many excellent restaurants, Banks, Supermarkets and Beaches are just a five minutes drive away or twenty minutes walk around the coastal path.
Tennis Courts, Squash, and Horse Riding are available in Moraira and both 9 and 18 hole Golf courses can be found in Javea, just a 20 minute drive away. PADI 5* IDC Scuba Diving, Boat Charter, and other Water Sports are all available in Moraira too.

We provide all bed linen and towels for internal use but ask you to provide your own poolside/beach towels. Fresh linen and towels are supplied each week. A small complimentary welcome pack awaits you on your arrival, 24 hr service for advice and emergencies. Booking of local Car-Hire and Airport-Taxis can be arranged.  A guest folder outlines all details of the casita, market days, attractions and places of interest. Grocery packs, flowers, cots, high chairs, baby alarms and other special requirements can be arranged on request.

We ask that the casita be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure, access is available after 3 pm on the day of arrival. Early arrival, or late departure may be possible depending on availability. A surcharge may be payable when arranging this.

We regret that no pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted.

We have been to Moraira on a few previous occasions and have stayed in numerous villas in Europe and Florida and can honestly say that yours is the only property that I would revisit without a second thought.

I would happily recommend your villa to anyone for its situation (cracking view and walkable to both the beach and marina) and its heated pool which is a rarity in Spain but made all the difference for my better half.

The villa was very well kept and had all of the amenities you could ask for to make our stay a total pleasure.

 The local area is probably the best in Spain with nice beaches and a great selection of restaurants and lots of other resorts all within a short drive.

We had a fantastic time in El Portet, we've recommended the villa to several people and we would love to go back soon.

Most days we stayed by the pool and just enjoyed the fantastic weather and the beautiful surroundings.

• We had a lovely holiday at Casita Claire/Villa Gemela. The weather, location and beautiful views from the villa made for a relaxing holiday.
• We had a really good time. The villa is first class.
• Easy to get to and from the airport. Views over the bay really good and the fact that there are a lot of bathrooms meant that we weren’t bumping into each other at peak times.
• Everything is done to a high standard. Pool really good. Can’t praise it enough.
• The villa was beautiful and really comfortable - and what a view from the pool area.
• The distance from the little bay and beach is ideal for a stroll during the day or evening and the little 9 hole golf course in Ifach was great.
• All in all a real little gem in a beautiful area.

Inside the Property

With stunning panoramic views of the surrounding El Portet bay, the casita easily accommodates four people in one Double Bedroom and one Twin Bedroom, each having its own Bathroom. Further guests can be accommodated on Sofa Beds in the living area, by arrangement. The casita has a large Living Room, Dining Area and a fully fitted modern Kitchen.  The Naya provides welcome shade from the hot sun during the day.   This accommodation is perfect all year round, with full central heating to keep you warm in the winter months, whilst air circulation fans will keep you cool in the summer time. It is ideal for families, sharing groups or a short romantic stay. The lounge has a 50" High Definition Plasma TV, Satellite TV, HDDVD and CD playback. A selection of DVD’s, CD’s and books will keep you entertained.

Outside the Property

The terrace with its separate BBQ area, outdoor fresh water shower, sun loungers, and dining furniture, enables guests to enjoy outdoor living to the full. South facing with a private heated pool (chargeable), it is an ideal place to relax in the sun.

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque for 50% of the total cost is required. Final balance is required 8 weeks before the due date. A bond/security deposit of £250 is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.
