This charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a sea view and just 500 metres from the beach, is located near Marinha Beach and a 10 minute drive from Carvoeiro.

From the terrace, the view is over the vally and out to sea, with the next beach, Praia da Benagil, is just a 5 minute drive away. The nearest golf course - Pinta, Gramacho is a 10 minute drive away, as the nearest tennis centre - Rocha Brava.

Inside the Property

Built and furnished in the traditional Algarve style, the house has a large living area with a fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen, a dining area with patio doors leading to the pool area and a BBQ area.

The three bedrooms and three bathrooms offer adequate accommodation for 6 people. There are two twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the Ground floor, with the Master bedroom with en suite bathroom on the First floor.

The villa has electric heating.

Outside the Property

The private swimming pool has a large terrace with sun loungers, with seaviews and there is an outdoor shower.

There are two bicycles and two body surfboards available for use.

Booking & Payment Info

We require a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost at the time of booking with the balance transfer being made in GBP Sterling 6 weeks before the arrival date. 

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

There is maid service 3 days per week.
