This lovely three bedroom, three bathroom villa enjoys spectacular views over Carvoeiro and out to sea. It is located within a short walk from Carvoeiro centre and a 5 minute walk from the beach.

Inside the Property

The accommodation consists of a comfortable living/dining area with a fireplace, Astra-Free to Air and doors leading out to the pool area.

There is a fully equipped kitchen.

There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor, both with their own bathrooms.

The Master double bedroom is on the first floor, with an en suite bathroom and a breakfast terrace with sea veiws and views of Carvoeiro.

Outside the Property

There is a large lawned private garden to one side of the villa and a shaded barbecue dining area.

The pool is private with plenty of sunloungers.

Booking & Payment Info

We require a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost at the time of booking with the balance transfer being made in GBP Sterling 6 weeks before the arrival date.

There is maid service twice a week.
