Property Description

It is 30 years since we first set foot on the majestic island of Crete and we have never been able to leave.

In 2000 we took a decisive step towards a new concept. It was clear by then that for some people, independence and privacy would be more important than all the amenities a hotel could offer. The idea was simple and inspired. We therefore, created a group of four luxury villas each with its own pool, in the same bay as the hotel, near enough to enjoy all the facilities, yet far enough away to maintain much wanted privacy

Inside the Property

On entering the Villas, the feeling of ‘‘being home’’ is overwhelming. Traditional features blend sympathetically with elegant, modern furniture in rooms full of light and vistas, creating an atmosphere of inescapable relaxation, while contemporary technology completes the comfort.

As you would expect of accommodation of such quality, Villas are kept immaculate and a technician is always available to sort any minor problems, should they occur. A mini market, a laundry service and safety deposit boxes are all part of the excellent service we offer.

The presence of the Istron Bay Hotel on the premises provides the option for our guests to use all the facilities and services a five star hotel can offer, including the Beach with watersports, tennis court, diving courses, Children’s Club, Babysitting Service, Pool, Breakfast buffet, Lunch or dinner in one of the four restaurants, our romantic Meltemi restaurant by the sea, Half board, Room service, and a bar on top of the hotel overlooking the idyllic bay of Istron.

Villa Artemis has three large bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living/dining room with a fireplace and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has a full home entertainment system as well as direct dial telephone, with facility to connect a computer or the internet.

Outside the Property

Each villa has a large, stone flagged, sea facing terrace with a marble topped table and chairs for alfresco dining, and a private swimming pool on the terrace, from which there are uninterrupted views towards the bay and the Istron Bay Hotel, which is close enough to enjoy the facilities but still in full privacy.

There is also parking facilities.

Booking & Payment Info

Full payment is due 1 month prior to client's arrival.

A security deposit is required at the time of booking to cover any damages or breakages, which is refundable at the end of the rental period.

There is maid service six days a week and linen is changed three times a week. Beach towels are provided.
