Property Description

The property is located 5 km outside the town of Agios Nikolaos in the prefecture of Lassithi, on the new  highway connecting Agios Nikolaos to Elounda.

The distance from the airport of Herakleion is 60 km and from the port of Agios Nikolaos 5 km.

It is a peaceful place, ideal for relaxation. It is highly recommended for couples, friends and families looking for tranquility and calmness and of course everyone else eager to experience staying in an enchanting environment.

Inside the Property

The architecture is a combination of traditional features coupled with a modern approach. For example, the shape and size of the smaller windows is inspired by local traditional design and has been combined with modern building materials such as metal. The design of the windows helps to keep out the heat of the day and at the same time acts as a frame for the magnificent seascape across the bay.

All villas have vaulted roofs, which gives a sense of extra space when viewed from below, and are painted in sky blue. The floors are made of an ivory and blue mosaic to match the color of the roof. Each living room has a divider/bookcase "patina" painted in the same hue. Local masons have built the garden walls which are marvelous examples of exposed stonework. The landscaped gardens are full of typical Mediterranean trees and flowers and are properly looked after by a professional gardener. White marble is used in all outside walkways and pavements.

Description
The residence consists of eight villas/houses built on a plot of 7500 m2 in Elounda on the Island of Crete, Greece. There are seven houses/villas of 60 m2 and an eighth of 101 m2. Plus each house has its own storage of at least 15 m2.

They are divided into three groups and are built on different levels of the hillside to guarantee spectacular views on the gulf of Elounda, private gardens, parking space and easy access from the private road inside the plot. There is also a very beautifully designed swimming pool with a fantastic view.

There are seven houses/villas which have an entrance hall, a living room, a kitchen and a WC on the first floor and a large bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Verandas and balconies open onto the private gardens which vary in size from 80 to 500 m2.

The eighth villa has a surface of 101.2 m2, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor as well as as a very spacious and generous open plan living room, dining area and kitchen with bar on the first floor.

All villas are fully equipped. The rooms are furnished with modern furniture created by local craftsmen in order to fit the unique style of each villa. All the rooms are also equipped with TV and internet connection.

The kitchens are created to provide to every guest with all the comforts that a house kitchen can offer. They are equipped with glass-ceramic stove, extractor fan, refrigerator and a dishwashing machine. All the villas have an independent air-conditioning system (cold/hot air).

Outside the Property

The villas have a swimming pool in the center of the complex providing the guests with a panoramic view over the gulf of Elounda.

Three different parking spaces are offered for the convenience of clients.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.
