Property Description

Villa Heliso is contemporary in design, with first class amenities, overlooking the Greek village of Aghia Pelaghia and sweeping sandy beaches.

The first floor comprises of one main bathroom, two master bedrooms (one double/one twin), both have en-suite bathrooms and magnificent views of the bay from the verandah, a heated jacuzzi is located from one master bedroom.

The ground floor comprises a large open plan living area with all modern furnishings, equipped with a double sofa bed and kitchen.

French doors open onto a patio with a plunge pool, sun loungers and BBQ facilities. Where you can enjoy romantic summer evenings as the sun sets and Aghia Pelaghia lights up.

All linen and bath towels
are included, together with final cleaning. Please bring your own pool towels.

Interior description

The villas are modern, contemporary in design and have been furnished to a good standard. The kitchen is fully equipped, sitting/dining room with wonderful views of the sea and the bay, together with fully tiled bath/shower rooms.

Ideally situated for quick access to the main road which is easily reached from the villa, this road takes you to Heraklion town and its airport (20 minutes away) in one direction and to the west of the island passing through the towns of Rethymnon and Hania as it weaves its way to Kastelli.

Booking & Payment Info

50% of the total amount will be paid upon booking and the balance to be paid no less than 7 days (one week) before arrival.

For cancellations made within less than two weeks from arrival date there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of total cost.

For cancellations made within less than one week from arrival date there will be a cancellation fee of 70% of total cost.

A damage deposit of 300€ to be paid in advance and deducted from the final bill settlement.

The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss of personal belongings. The owner accepts no responsibility for any personal injury. No life guard will be on duty. Diving is not permitted.

Sorry no pets allowed.

In case of non compliance to the above rules the owner reserves the right to cancel the stay and retain the total amount.
