Property Description

Villa Ocean is a contemporary villa built on three levels with a stone-tiled veranda, surrounded by a stone wall and a beautiful verdant yard.

Outside there is a pool and barbecue facilities, while inside there are 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a large living room with a fireplace.

The villa is air-conditioned, tastefully designed and offers a marvellous view of the mountain and ocean scenery from its large veranda and balconies.

From the villa, guests have a spectacular view of the settlement of Agia Triada, the olive tree fields and the marvellous deep blue waters of the Aegean Sea. Villa Ocean is situated in Agia Triada which is 10 kilometres from the city centre of Rethymno.

A car is essential in order to enjoy the surrounding countryside and beaches, including the sandy beaches of Platanes, which is just 3.5 kilometres from the villa and the beach of Adele, which is 3 kilmetres away.  

Inside the Property

Main Floor:

The main entrance is adorned with a beautiful solid wooden door and there is a large staircase or ramp to enter the villa.

There is a bathroom with shower and a large living room with a fireplace and sliding doors that lead onto a large veranda.

Next to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven and fridge. There is a twin bedroom on this floor.

First Floor:

Stairs lead up to the first floor and the Master bedroom  with a bathroom and WC with a large mirror. This bedroom has sliding doors leading onto a large veranda.

The 3rd bedroom which is a double room with en suite bathroom  and which has skylights in the roof, to see the sky at night from the tub. The 4th bedroom has an en suite shower room with sliding doors that leading  onto a veranda.

Lower Ground Floor:

The 5th bedroom is reached by stairs down to the lower ground floor, where there is one very large bedroom and an en suite bathroom/shower room. There is also a washing machine.

The panoramic views from the verandas are outstanding with the original village of Agia Triada in the distance, olive plantations to the right and the sea on the left.

Outside the Property

This exclusive villa has a stone wall surrounding the entire property and the outdoor facilities include a barbecue together with a clay oven and a large swimming pool.

A security deposit is required at the time of payment, which is refundable at the end of the rental period.
