Property Description

The property is built in the village of Oia (IA), and due to its location (a few minutes from the village centre) provides the relaxing atmosphere of the vacation that you are seeking.
Oia, is one of the most beautiful villages in Greece and especially in Santorini, with a world-wide reputation for its unique and beautiful sunset over the Mediterranean sea.

For those reasons this is the ideal place for peaceful and quiet vacations or for very special celebrations (like anniversary or a wedding in a traditional local style).

The Santorinean night life along with Oia's shopping oppurtunities are just a five minutes walk from the complex.

The villas are decorated in a unique Santorinean style using the volcanic lava and the "Santorinean earth" as the basic building materials.

The complex is builted 180 metres above the sea level, under the famous Oia windmill, on the side of steep cliff, at the base of which lies the small port of Ammoudi with beautiful "fresh fish & sea food" tavernas.

The private parking area is located two minutes walk from the complex.

The capital of Santorini, Fira, is only a 25 minutes distance and the airport 35 minutes, both by car.

Inside the Property

The villas can easily accommodate from 2 to 4 persons with their traditional bedrooms (double or twin beds) and living areas.

Both the "look like kitchenette" corner and the bathroom maintain the same Santorinean volcanic architecture, while equipped with modern facilities, such as fridge, coffeemaker, boiler and hair dryer.

Some of our bathrooms have showers and some simple bath tubs or Jacuzzi ones. Also at your disposal are direct telephone, colour satellite TV, cd player and safe deposit boxes.

The villas are equipped with an individually controlled acclimatisation system, but because of their particular architecture and to their local building materials, we can assure you will probably not need to use it.

Villa = double bed , open living space included the sleeping area or separate living space from sleeping area, shared terrace with one more villa

Junior Suite = double bed or 2 twin beds, open living space included the sleeping area with jacuzzi bath tab in the bathroom, bathrobes, slippers, lap top (upon request), private or shared terrace, champagne, flowers and fresh fruits (upon arrival).

Senior Suite = double bed, spacious open living space included the sleeping area or separate living space from sleeping area with jacuzzi bath tab in the bathroom, bathrobes, slippers, lap top (upon request), private terrace, champagne, flowers (upon arrival) and daily fresh fruits.

Outside the Property

The fresh water swimming pool is half open and half cave covered with it's own Jacuzzi/whirlpool area next to the sauna.

From the pool bar you can enjoy fresh fruits cocktails, delicious ice creams and refreshments.

On the sun terrace we have sun beds for relaxing and improving your sun tan. Of course, pool towels are available during the stay.

On the terrace, in the main snack bar, under the reception, you can savour your special Santorinean breakfast, your light lunch or your evening "aperitif" accompanied by light snacks, while enjoying the everlasting Santorinean sunset. For your evening dinner you can visit our "boutique" restaurant to enjoy some Aegean tastes.

Just above the entrance of the complex you can visit our new cafe-bar where you can enjoy any spirit (=drink) satisfying your spirit.

During your stay, you'll have daily maid service, linen change every two days and fresh towels daily. Room service is available during reception hours.
