Property Description

These Hotel Apartments were established in 2004. The beautiful, 4-star family-run hotel with unique charm, stylish accommodation, friendly ambience, high standard 4-star service and a homely relaxing atmosphere. It is equipped with all the modern facilities, including wireless internet connection in all rooms, and is open all year round. It is located in Achaia-Peloponnese, between Patras (30 km) and Aigio (7 km) and only 100 metres from the Longos-Selianitika beach. Due to its location, it is the ideal base for exploring the most important cultural heritage, such as Delphi, Epidaurus, Mycenae, Olympia, Corinth, Athens.

The complex consists of 10 elegant furnished apartments, maisonettes and suites. Each unit is unique and furnished with appropriate style and has been individually and stylishly finished with all modern comforts. All possible architectural features have been retained. The complex offers a large pool surrounded with deck chairs and umbrellas, a charming breakfast room, cafe-bar and a fully-equipped conference room for seminars, trainings as well as workshops for companies or associations.

Located on the 2nd floor, this comfortable suite has a large living room with dining area and a separate bedroom. Both rooms have access to a very large furnished veranda with a view to the swimming pool, the green scenery and partly to the sea.
The spacious living room with dining area (table and chairs) and a sofa bed corner (regular mattress) accommodates two people for the night. The modern built-in kitchen with electric cooker, oven, extractor hood, large refrigerator / freezer and coffee machine, is in a separate niche. The separate bedroom is romantically furnished with double or twin beds, bedside tables, highboard with mirror, wardrobe and TV. In the elegant marble-tiled bathroom are a shower, WC and a marble wash basin with a large mirror.

Suite NAFSIKA (50 m²) for 2-4 persons
The comfortable suite situated on the ground floor includes a living room with fireplace, dining and a separate bedroom. Both rooms have access to a large furnished veranda with a big separate garden for own use.

Outside the Property

The area of Egialia is one of the most beautiful and interesting of the northwest Peloponnese. Within easy driving distance from Athens offering a combination of clear seas and tree-covered mountains visitors find themselves in charming settings, surrounded by the verdant mountains of Egialia and the enchanting waters of the Bay of Corinth with its clean beaches (Longos, Selianitika, Akoli, Lambiri, Temeni, Eleonas, Diakofto) stretching out before them. At Longos, the pace of life does not slow down after the summer season. Numerous fish taverns, cafeterias and restaurants along the beach and in the quaint village are open all year round. “Harmony” is located in a quiet spot just 100 m from the beach, but is by no means isolated. Nearby is the town of Egion renowned for currant ex-ports from its port and for its upper and lower town. Also nearby is the town of Kalavryta, which has an organised ski centre on Mt. Helmos and a cog railway, as is the city of Patras and town of Nafpaktos, as well as many beautiful mountain villages.
