This luxury villa is a private 5,000 sqm beach front estate located on the Thai island of Koh Samui, just a 45 minutes flight from Bangkok in the Gulf of Thailand.

This luxury modern escape sits in the South West part of the island in the middle of the tropical jungle, overlooking the coastline.

The villa has 4 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a private marble pool, a modern entertainment living room, a private spa and steam/sauna, a gym, private beach facilities, a fully equipped office, Internet WI-FI in all buildings and resident staff including a professional chef, spa therapist, an internationally trained Thai villa manager.butler (who speaks excellent English), a maid, a gardener and a security guard.

The furniture of the villa is all designed by the owner and has been imported. The materials come from around the globe, though mainly Italy and France. The Mediterranean design reflects the lifestyle in this villa. Cote d'Azur flair combined with excellent 5 star service, tropical and exotic surroundings guarantees paradise for guests.

Boating, fishing, sailing, scuba diving, wind surfing, golf (at Santburi Golf Club), mountain biking, restaurants and shopping are all accessible from Villa Beige.

Inside the Property

The two king size bedrooms, Koh Si and Koh Anthong are each around 60 sqm and both have large bath terrace of around 50 sqm. One suite has an outdoor bathroom with shower and terrazzo bathtub. All floor to ceiling windows on one side of the room enjoy the same stunning ocean view.

The two queen size bedrooms, Koh Madsum and Koh Tan, are each around 60 sqm and are equally equipped. They have en suite marble (Indonesian) bathrooms with a large rain shower in French Bisazza mosaic, WiFi internet and an Audio system. All floor to ceiling windows on one side of the room enjoy the same stunning ocean view.

One of the bedrooms is equipped for children and has its own TV set and DVD player. Toys are available in the villa.

All 4 bathrooms have a WC, a bidet, marble floors, terrazzo bathtubs, with stunning views over the five islands, which give the rooms their names.

All meals can be arranged as in-villa dining. Our professional chef is excellent in cooking Western and Thai dishes. A children's menu is available.

Outside the Property

Breathe in an astonishing view towards the beach from across your private, travertine pool with an infinity edge.

On the shore, dive directly into the deep blue ocean at high tide or await the ebb, when a private beach is revealed.

Deck chairs and tables with umbrellas are available at the beach, as well as toys for children and snorkelling equipment. The beach size depends on the tide and can change during the day.

You are invited to take full advantage of your own private Spa, which is perched high on the palm filled cliff overlooking the ocean. After your rejuvenation treatment, enjoy the Bisazza steam sauna.

The professionally equipped gym is a stunning element of this villa. It offers a Life Fitness elliptical trainer, a work out bench with free weights, a multi training centre, air conditioning and an audio system.

There is a BBQ area with fresh seafood cooking and a sunset cocktail lounge.

Booking & Payment Info

An initial deposit of 50% of the Villa rental are required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be received at least 30 days prior to guest arrival, or 100% if booked less than 30 days in advance of arrival.

A security deposit of 1,000 euro will be paid with the payment of the final balance. This is to cover the cost of any damage or breakages during the rental period of the villa. It may also be used to cover the costs of use of the telephones and other services. This amount will be returned after departure, less any costs. within 15 days after departure.

It is a condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage). 

As deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation is confirmed, all inclusive travel insurance is highly recommended. The management of this villa shall not be responsible for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events outside it's control such as civil disturbances, fires, floods, severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government etc.

The Villa can only be booked exclusively for one party at a time.

Rates quoted allow for maximum occupancy of the villa ( 8 persons, excluding children under 2 years). Only those persons stipulated on the booking form may reside at the property as guests. Rates include services of a villa representative to meet guests at the airport in Koh Samui and escort them to their villa; the cost of electricity, water, cleaning and gardening supplies and so on. The villa is fully equipped with linen, crockery, utensils and initial supply of soap and toiletries. 

Linen and towels are included in the villa. These are normally changed every 3 days. Laundry facilities are available for guests and are free of charge. Outside laundry and dry cleaning services are also available for a small service charge and must be paid at the time incurred. 

The extra bed charge applies for children of over 12 years old.

Rates do NOT include baggage handling, gratuities, telephone, fax and telegram charges, car rental, food, soft drinks and/or liquor, personal items and expenses, and any excessive cleaning required upon departure (such as upholstery or rug shampooing etc) or replacement of breakages. Fair wear and tear accepted.

Bookings for the Christmas season are for 2 weeks minimum.

Bookings for the Prime season are for 1 week minimum.

Any booking is for a minimum of 2 nights.

Exclusive use of all the Villa facilities is complimentary.

Daily breakfast and concierge service is included.

Check in time is after 14:00, with check out by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
