This ideal holiday villa retreat has seven luxuriously appointed Thai Taksin styled villas, plus five cosy one bedroom villas, also tastefully decorated. Each villa provides a stunning view of Chalong Bay and the yachts moored around its bustling pier. The glittering Wat Chalong temple in the distance, creates an immense sense of serenity, especially in the early morning light.

Rising Sun Villas are secluded yet easily reached from Phuket Town and the main shopping and leisure centres. The beaches of Nai Harn, Kata and Karon are each just a 15 minute drive away.

The seven three bedroom villas each with their en suite three and four fixture bathrooms. Four of these feature a private swimming pool and jacuzzi, spacious living room, large dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

The remaining two share a large infinity-edge swimming pool with jacuzzi and panoramic sun deck.

The five one bedroom villas are set around a spacious free form swimming pool with a sun deck and jacuzzi.

The Management of the Rising Sun Villas offer Thai Cooking Classes at their on site Wipa's Thai Restaurant, which is available for take away service to be served in the villas. The staff are happy to arrange tours, massages in the villas, laundry and dry cleaning service.

Inside the Property

Each of the seven large villas have 430 sqm of living space are exquisitely designed and beautifully furnished with Thai designs and natural local materials, blending in seamlessly with the modern appliances and conveniences. They are complete with a large drawing room, a living room with a home theatre entertainment, sound system, music CD, Cable TV and movie CD/DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with tea and coffee facilities supplied and there is a dining room with seating for 8 people.

There are three bedrooms, all of which have air conditioning and ceiling fans along with safety deposit boxes and audio systems. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and a full en suite bathroom with a bath tub, shower, twin washbasins and WC, complete with a private balcony with sun beds over looking the distant sea view. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with an en suite shower room. The third bedroom is twin bedded with an en suite shower room.

The one bedroom villas each offer 80 sqm of private living space and are set around a vast common area with a large swimming pool and jacuzzi.

The accommodation consists of a separate dining and living room which is equipped with a complete home theatre entertainment system, a CD and radio sound system. The kitchen is semi-equipped and has tea and coffee facilities provided.

The Master bedroom is air conditioned, has a ceiling fan and a safety deposit box. There is a king size bed with a full bathroom en suite with a bath tub, shower, double washbasins and WC. There is enough room in the bedroom to put a hotel size single bed, which is ideal for children. A baby cot is available on request.

Rates are quoted in US Dollars per room, per night.

The rates include free transfer from and to Phuket International Airport. Daily use of car or van with a driver for 9 hours consecutively. Daily breakfast cooked and served in the villa. Unlimited tea, coffee (special blend) and purified water. A 45 minute welcome Thai massage at the villa. Daily supply of fresh, tropical fruits. Daily housekeeping services. 10-15% discount from Phuket's best known restaurants, Ceramic of Phuket and Phuket Country Club (Golf Course)

Customized activities can be arranged on request with a high quality selection and special prices.

Maximum of 2 extra beds can be arranged for the 3 bedroom villas for an additional cost of $46 per bed, per night. Children under 12 who require no extra bed are Free of Charge.

The rates do not include service charge and 7% VAT.
