Property Description

This luxurious, contemporary recently built villa is located in the popular Laguna area of Phuket, close to Bang Tao beach and just 20 minutes from the international airport.

Offering 4 bedrooms, the property can comfortably accommodate 8 adults and children. The centre piece is a ten metre pool with a large outdoor entertainment area, including a bar and a BBQ, making it an ideal choice for a family holiday or a gathering or reunion of friends.

Phuket offers an unbelievable selection of restaurants of all cuisines. The Laguna and Bang Tao Beach area offers Thai, Italian, Indian, French etc.

Phuket has many quality beaches on the West Coast. Bang Tao beach is within a 10 minute walk. The beach is several miles long, other beaches include Lam Seng Beach (just south of Surin beach) and Kata beach down in the South of the island. More deserted beaches extend to the North of the island.

Phuket offers an excellent venue for golfing enthusiasts with world class and renowned championship courses. Blue Canyon Golf and Country Club (near the airport) has hosted the Johnny Walker Championship on several occasions. Laguna is hosting the Thai Open for 3 years from 2009. Other courses include the Phuket Country Club, Loch Palm, Mission Hills and the new, but highly acclaimed, Red Mountain. This villa is an ideal retreat and location for a party of golfers.

Inside the Property

The villa combines Thai and Indonesian architecture with a contemporary feel and offers 4 bedrooms (one of which is a King size suite, two others are doubles) and they all have en suite bathrooms.

One room is self contained in a separate Garden Suite Villa, perfect for a couple or small family (as it has a sofa bed).

All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The villa also has a large well equipped kitchen, a maids rooms and a unique spa room with an outside bath.

The villa is suitable to accommodate two to nine people including children. There are two single beds and for children a travel cot and high chair are available. Extra mattresses can be provided for small children.

The maids room has one single bed.

The lounge area has a large plasma flat screen TV and there are TV's in the Master bedroom and the Garden Suite Villa. There is a surround sound system that covers inside and outside around the pool/sala area.

Outside the Property

The ten metre swimming pool plays a central role to the design of the villa, with all the rooms looking onto the pool.

An outside table seats 8 and is adjacent to the swimming pool, perfect for al fresco dining.

The bar area outside is perfect for entertaining and comes complete with a small fridge.

The outside sala is a good venue for casual light dining, while relaxing or reading.

There is an outside shower.

A small garden offers space for children to run around.

There is a car parking porch attached to the villa.

Booking & Payment Info

50% of the full rental price is required on booking being confirmed with the outstanding balance due 8 weeks before arrival.

A security deposit is taken to cover any breakages or damages. This is refundable.

Cleaning services are provided every other day, or more frequently on request (for extra cost).
