Property Description

Located just beyond the ancient village of Canggu on Bali's West coast, this villa is located away from the bustling tourist areas.

The distance to Denpasar international airport is a 30 minute drive and only 15 minutes from the popular restaurants and shopping areas of Seminyak and Legian.

For golf enthusiasts, the Nirwana Bali Golf Course and the famous Tanah Lot Temple are located nearby.

This villa is situated side by side to another villa, which may be rented together, in a private walled compound amidst tropical landscaped gardens.

The villas are surrounded by rice fields and have distant volcano vistas to the east, to the south there is a quiet cul de sac paved road just 100 metres away from Canggu Beach.

Immediately next to the villas, is a small 5 star boutique hotel called Hotel Tugu.

This charming villa has 3 bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedrooms with split air conditioning and overhead fans.

There are 3 semi-outdoor garden bathrooms, 2 with showers and 1 with a shower and Terrazzo stone bath tub.

There is a small study which opens on to the living room area.

Maximum number of guests: 6 people (adult or children). 

Staff & Services inclusive of Standard Daily Villa Rate:

A one time round-trip airport transfer up to 2 cars, if required.

Complimentary welcome drinks, cool towels and a fruit basket are provided upon guest arrival.

Complimentary Balinese flower arrangements and daily fresh flowers are provided.

An air conditioned car and driver is provided for 8 hours daily, for local shopping and excursions to nearby areas only. Petrol is not inclusive. Kindly note, that drivers are not required to be provided with meal allowance. Reasonable car tour charges apply for excursions to further areas. Car tour charges will be sent upon booking confirmation. Should an extra car with driver be required, kindly book in advance with Villa Manager.

Each villa is serviced by 12 staff, including a driver, cook, housekeeper, gardener plus pool maintenance. They have all managed and have been trained by a Western Villa Manager. There are 4 security guards with 2 posted to patrol the grounds at night.

Western, Asian, Vegetarian and Children's Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Menus are provided. Please advise well in advance if any guests have special dietary requirements or allergy requirements.

Bed and bathroom lines, pool towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioners, hairdryers, tissues, mosquito repellants, sunblock creams, beach mats, cool-box for picnics etc are provided.

A restaurant delivery guide from various nearby restaurants is available in addition to room service delivery from Tugu Hotel menus are also available.

Secured parking for up to 4 cars is available.

A generator is available to fully back-up the villas in the event of a power failure.

All rates are inclusive of 21% Indonesian government tax & charges.

All guests are required to register with the local police and to the local community (called banjar) within 24 hours upon arrival. Our security staff will process the registration on behalf of all our guests. A registration fee of Rp.25,000 per person plus cost of photocopying.

15% Discount for 14 nights or longer

20% Discount for 21 nights or longer

Peak Season Period:

20 December to 5 January

A minimum stay of 9 nights is required to bookings that commence from 24 December.

Guest Food and Beverage:

Personal food and beverage shopping including incidental transportation cost is to the guest account. Guests will be invoiced for the amounts spent in advance on their behalf. There will be no mark up for food & beverage shopping but a service charge of 15% will be added to the invoice. The villa cook will present receipts and calculations to the guests. Please note that food shopping expenses must be settled on a weekly basis for bookings exceeding 7 days. Payments may be settled by credit card.

Each villa has a land line telephone, available for local calls and local internet server connection. A fax machine is available for incoming faxes and outgoing local faxes only. Telephone calls and fax messages are chargeable.

High Speed internet connection is available at Hotel Tugu business centre at Rp. 80,000 per hour.

House staff are available from 7.00AM to 10.00PM.

Villa staff do not provide baby sitting services. Baby sitting services need to be booked in advance with the Villa Manager. Advanced bookings during High Season are highly recommenced. Last minute cancellation charges may apply.

15% discount for Manori Spa In-Villa treatments and 20% discount for horse riding sessions or lessons at Umalas Riding Stables may be enjoyed by guests.

For fitness/gym activities, guests may have access to Hotel Tugu's gym, conveniently located next door to the villas. A Hotel Tugu guest fee is applicable for each use.

Nirwana Golf Course is located within 15 minutes drive from the villas, with stunning ocean views. Green fees are US$165/net. Advance booking prior to arrival may be arranged through the Villa Manager.

Each villa is equipped with baby equipment, including baby monitors, baby bath, changing mats etc.

Each villa is equipped with a 2-way intercom system for guests requiring privacy from staff, or the intercom system may be used as an additional baby monitor.

Villa Check-in is 2.30PM and Check-out is 11.00AM. If availability allows, guest arrival and departure will be accommodate to close to flight schedules, if possible. Charges may apply for late check-outs.
