Property Description

The villa is situated on the West of Mauritius in the seaside resort of Flic en Flac. The West coast is renowned for its magnificent sunset views and white sandy beaches.

The villa is surrounded by lush subtropical gardens, has direct access to a large swimming pool, tennis and squash courts...

With one of the longest beaches on the island, Flic en Flac offers subtropical surroundings for the true beachcomber.

The beach at Flic en flac, Mauritius has recently been voted the fourth best beach in the world.

Flic en Flac is also renowned for its spectacular sunsets - the best on the island….it is the place to be at dusk.

Local activities include cycling, fishing, golf, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing and wind surfing.

There is 24 hour security.

Inside the Property

The interior is bright and open with modern furnishings throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cooking utensils. In the sitting room there is a sofa bed and seating area for 6 people comfortably and also a dining area for 6. In addition to the 2 bath/shower rooms there are 3 WC's.

Two bedrooms are doubles, the Master bedroom has an en-suite and there are two single bedrooms.

Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning units.

A welcome pack is provided with the basic essentials.

The villa is not suitable for the elderly and infirm, wheelchair inaccessible.

Children are welcome but pets are not allowed.

Outside the Property

The villa is located on three acres of land surrounded by a sub tropical garden.

For complete privacy each villa is set within its own court yard. The resort is secluded by sandstone walls.

Each villa has spacious terraces overlooking the court-yard, garden and pool area. The resort has a large communal swimming pool, tennis and squash courts.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

Price for 2 bedroom villa - sleeps up to 4 people is £385 for 7 nights at the villa.
