Property Description

This villa is set on a hillside with breathtaking views over three of Antigua's most beautiful beaches and has been constructed to make the most of it's location.

The villa is well located, being close to Jolly Harbour with it's wide range of amenities, and the nearest beach is only 4 minutes walk away.

Please note. The villa is NOT suitable for children under 10 years old.

Inside the Property

The majority of the elegantly furnished rooms, with cool tiled floors, pastel coloured walls and distinctive furniture and furnishings, open onto wrap-around balconies and verandahs to make the most of the views.

The property is built on three levels descending the hillside, with the entrance on the upper level and two of the accommodation levels being self-contained.

Upper Level - kitchen, large open-plan living area with separate breakfast area, Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and jacuzzi, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

Middle Level - Kitchen, spacious living room, separate dining room, bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The swimming pool is on this level.

Lower Level - A studio comprising a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Booking & Payment Info

Rental price of the accommodation is for 7 nights and includes local taxes where applicable.

Prices quoted are for the whole villa (full occupancy) or part of the villa where a reduced rate is applicable for under-occupancy. For reduced occupancy, the remaining bedrooms will invariably be closed off.

Staff and facilities as detailed. Please note staff gratuities are NOT included.

Utilities and Services: water, gas, electricity, air-conditioning etc are included in the rental price for the duration of the rental.

Prices for Christmas/New Year 2006/7, Cricket and Easter (25 March - 15 April are available on request. 

At the time of booking, a 30% deposit of the total villa price is requested or the full rental amount if within 9 weeks of departure.

A security deposit is required to be held against any unpaid local accounts or damage to the villa which may be incurred. The deposit amount depends on the property.
