Property Description

With views over Falmouth harbour and Turtle bay, this wonderful property has the feel of a luxurious and exotic ‘beach house’, a relaxed and very comfortable hideaway, this house is a much sought after property.

Located on the south coast of Antigua, this is the perfect holiday destination, the beach is a 2 minute walk and English Harbour is 10 minutes by car.

For all periods of rental linen and towels are included in the price, also Utilities and Services: water, gas, electricity, air-conditioning etc are included for the duration of the rental.

Inside the Property

Interior

The décor is neutral with rustic tones and tasteful colonial style furnishings complimented by local artwork.
Floors are polished limestone, or Italian terracotta and all the rooms have Mahogany wooden shutters.
A games / music / formal dining area (a full-size pool table converts for dining) and an impressive kitchen are the focal points, leading to a covered terrace, with wicker furnishings, a wet bar and capacious built-in grill.

There are further terraces with dining area and hammocks.
The natural stone terrace surrounds the swimming pool and extends to a gazebo designed for alfresco living.

The main house has three bedrooms a master bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite and dressing room, plus two twin rooms, (one king size bed on request) which share a family bathroom.

Above the house, is a separate cottage comprising a bedroom with a king size four poster bed, en- suite, dressing room and wrap-around verandah. A garden apartment has a queen size bedroom, en-suite and a covered sitting / dining area and kitchenette.

Prices for Christmas/New Year 2006-07 are available on request.

Where holidays cross date bands a quotation will be required. Villa Rental Only Price Notes: Prices quoted above are PER VILLA PER WEEK for either the whole villa (full occupancy), or part of the villa where a reduced rate is applicable for under-occupancy. For reduced occupancy the remaining bedrooms will invariably be closed off.

To reserve a property, a deposit of 30% of the total villa price is required, or the full amount if within 9 weeks of departure.

Final Payment. Your security deposit (see below, if not payable locally) and final balance are payable 9 weeks before your departure. You will be sent a reminder 11 weeks before departure if your balance is still outstanding. If you are travelling within 9 weeks, full payment of all charges is payable at the time that you confirm your booking.

Security Deposit. A security deposit is required to be held by us against any unpaid local accounts or damage to the villa which may be incurred. These deposits range from £100-£2000 depending on the property.
