Property Description

The villa can accommodate from 4 persons upto 16 persons and is a popular choice, with its enviable location, just walking distance from English harbour and all amenities.

Set in an elevated position with mesmerising views over towards the bobbing yachts in English Harbour, this villa offers very comfortable and spacious accommodation. The entrance is through a courtyard and barbecue area into the central living room, which has sliding glass doors along one side to take full advantage of the views. These open onto the covered verandah, which has the main dining area and further seating areas, and is perfect for refreshing sundowners.

Beyond this are the large swimming pool and seven-seater hot tub, both surrounded by ample sundecks, and there is also a gazebo (with barbilliards table) and wet bar, which provides a romantic and alternative dining area. For those who would like to sail, there is the option of chartering the owner's yacht.

For all periods of rental linen and towels are included in the price.

Also Utilities and Services: water, gas, electricity, air-conditioning etc. for the duration of the rental.

Inside the Property

Interior

Entrance into the villa is through a white-tiled courtyard and barbecue area into the house and open-plan living room, straight away you are drawn to the beautiful view through glass doors opposite, that look across the pool and sun terraces towards the sea.

The well appointed open plan sunken living room is comfortably furnished, the kitchen, is extremely well equipped with fashionable stainless steel appliances.

Glass doors open out onto a furnished terrace with dining table and seating area, which can be covered by an awning if required.

All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and either en-suite or adjoining bath or shower rooms. Four of the five bedrooms are in the main house, with two each side of the central living area, a king-size (which can be twin beds) on each side, one twin room and the fourth bedroom has up to two sets of bunk beds, therefore it can sleep up to 4. The fifth bedroom (double or twin beds) is accessed via steps from the pool terrace. Extra beds can also be added to each of the king-size rooms.

One of the most evocative destinations, Antigua - exotic tropical island offering all the ingredients needed for a glorious sun-filled holiday, with golden palm - fringed beaches, sparkling seas and a wealth of sporting activities, in the water and on land. Distinctive cultures and delicious cuisine.

The villa is complete with a large swimming pool, terraces and sun decks, with a 7 seater hot tub and wet bar, which can also be used for a romantic dining area.

Where holidays cross date bands a quotation will be required.

Villa Rental Only Price Notes: Prices quoted above are PER VILLA PER WEEK for either the whole villa (full occupancy), or part of the villa where a reduced rate is applicable for under-occupancy. For reduced occupancy the remaining bedrooms will invariably be closed off.

To reserve a property, a deposit of 30% of the total villa price is required, or the full amount if within 9 weeks of departure.

Final Payment. Your security deposit (see below, if not payable locally) and final balance are payable 9 weeks before your departure. You will be sent a reminder 11 weeks before departure if your balance is still outstanding. If you are travelling within 9 weeks, full payment of all charges is payable at the time that you confirm your booking.

Security Deposit. A security deposit is required to be held by us against any unpaid local accounts or damage to the villa which may be incurred. These deposits range from £100-£2000 depending on the property.
