Property Description

As you enter this stylish and elegant villa you are greeted by the breathtaking views of the large inviting pool etched against the backdrop of Browns Bay and the deep blue of the Caribbean Sea.
Located in one of the more secluded areas of the island, Sehil is an intimate, private Caribbean retreat offering some spectacular views.

Sehill is tastefully and elegantly furnished with an open-plan living / dining area with white walls and tiled floors contrasting with green and white furnishings and fabrics.

Large french doors run thoughout the villa opening out onto a large furnished terrace and sun deck.
The full length swimming pool is exquisit, enjoying blissful views of Browns Bay, a gazebo provides an additional dining area from which to enjoy drinks and summer meals as the sun sets.


For all periods of rental - linen/towels including beach/pool towels are included in the price. The linen and towels will be changed after each week.

Inside the Property

Interior

The living area is all open plan, comprising a modern kitchen, dining / lounge area with French doors that lead to a large terrace and pool deck.

On the left wing of the living area is a powder room and the master bedroom with an elegant en-suite shower room, the bedroom is ventilated by a large ceiling fan and french doors that open onto the pool deck, allowing the cooling trade winds to pass through. This bedroom also has its own TV.

The right wing of the living area houses the second double bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite shower room, French doors open out to the pool deck.
The third bedroom is located on the lower level of the villa accessed by an internal staircase within the living room, this bedroom has twin beds, an en-suite shower room, French doors open out to the gardens that lead to the beach.
The laundry room is also located on the lower level of the villa.

Booking & Payment Info

To reserve a property, a deposit of 30% of the total villa price is required, or the full amount if within 9 weeks of departure.

Final Payment. Your security deposit (see below, if not payable locally) and final balance are payable 9 weeks before your departure. You will be sent a reminder 11 weeks before departure if your balance is still outstanding. If you are travelling within 9 weeks, full payment of all charges is payable at the time that you confirm your booking.

Security Deposit. A security deposit is required to be held by us against any unpaid local accounts or damage to the villa which may be incurred. These deposits range from £100-£2000 depending on the property.
