Property Description

Set into the hillside above Galleon beach, this comfortable villa has been built to make the most of an outdoor life style. Located in the heart of the national park, enjoying views of the bay below and the small intimate Galleon beach resort.
Guests of the villa have access to the resort’s facilities such as its idyllic peaceful beach and restaurant, aswell as complimentary use of the low key activities such as tennis and non-motorized water sports.

Villa Countess is of typical Caribbean character surrounded by white wooden laced verandahs, terraces and wooden sun decks. The interior is light and fresh in design with air conditioning and ceiling fans, a great retreat to cool down and relax.

A wooden sun deck with swimming pool enjoys excellent views.

Please note - because of a number of drops the property is not really suitable for young children.

For all periods of rental - linen/towels including beach/pool towels are included in the price. The linen and towels will be changed after each week.

Inside the Property

Interior

The decor is of cool pastel shades, with all white cane furnishings. An open-plan living / dining area has French doors opening onto a covered verandah that runs the full width of the house.
The well equipped kitchen and three of the bedrooms lead off the main room.

All the bedrooms are twin and have en-suite shower rooms, all are air-conditioned.

Outside the Property

Exterior

Villa Countess is situated at Freeman's Bay in English Harbour on the southern tip of Antigua in the heart of the National Park. The surrounding area is a beautiful blend of white sandy beaches, rolling hills, tropical vegetation, marine life, nautical atmosphere and historical sites.
A three minute walk takes you to the beach and Galleon beach club. English harbour is a five minute ferry ride, or ten minutes by car.

Booking & Payment Info

To reserve a property, a deposit of 30% of the total villa price is required, or the full amount if within 9 weeks of departure.

Final Payment. Your security deposit (see below, if not payable locally) and final balance are payable 9 weeks before your departure. You will be sent a reminder 11 weeks before departure if your balance is still outstanding. If you are travelling within 9 weeks, full payment of all charges is payable at the time that you confirm your booking.

Security Deposit. A security deposit is required to be held by us against any unpaid local accounts or damage to the villa which may be incurred. These deposits range from £100-£2000 depending on the property.
