Property Description

This small resort is made up of just twelve, one and two bedroom linked cottages, set amongst beautiful landscaped gardens with a central swimming pool and offering the perfect setting for couples or small families, who wish to enjoy the privacy and intimacy, but have access to small hotel and a wide range of facilities close by.

Set on a low gradient hillside with views overlooking the Caribbean Sea and only minutes from the mile-long beach of Dickenson Bay, where guests can access some of the island's finest water sports, as well as a wide selection of restaurants, bars and entertainment facilities.

The cottages are also adjacent to the Rex Halcyon Beach Resort, where guests have access to other facilities including floodlit tennis courts.

For all periods of rental linen and towels are included in the price.
Also the Utilities and Services: water, gas, electricity, air-conditioning etc. for the duration of the rental.

Inside the Property

Interior

The one bedroom cottages sleep up to 4; have a galleried double bedroom with air-conditioning that cools the entire cottage and a bathroom on the upper level.

The spacious and elegantly furnished living area is on the lower level having a double sofa bed and a breakfast bar dividing the living area from a well equipped kitchenette, offering every convenience for those who wish to enjoy the benefits of self-catering.

French doors open onto its own patio, bringing light and fresh air into the cottage.

For the two bedroom cottage, this has two separate bedrooms, plus the above style of accommodation.

Booking & Payment Info

To reserve a property, a deposit of 30% of the total villa price is required, or the full amount if within 9 weeks of departure. Final Payment Your security deposit (see below, if not payable locally) and final balance are payable 9 weeks before your departure. You will be sent a reminder 11 weeks before departure if your balance is still outstanding. If you are travelling within 9 weeks, full payment of all charges is payable at the time that you confirm your booking. Security Deposit A security deposit is required to be held by us against any unpaid local accounts or damage to the villa which may be incurred. These deposits range from £100-£2000 depending on the property. Check in; 15.00hrs Check out; 11.00hrs
