This attractive villa is built and decorated in a distinctive style, has a wonderful location, perched on a hillside commanding spectacular views of Freeman's Bay against the backdrop of English Harbour and with it four bedrooms, makies it an ideal choice for families with older children.

Inside the Property

On the Ground floor the kitchen opens into the open-plan living area which in turn opens onto a large wrap-around terrace with both dining and sitting areas.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor: the Master double bedroom with an en suite shower room, and two further double bedrooms, one with a four-poster bed, and both share a shower room.

On the Lower Ground floor, there is a twin bedroom with a separate shower room, and a laundry room.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside the Property

The terrace has a covered dining area with formal table and chairs for al fresco dining, whilst enjoying the spectacular view and the gentle trade winds.

Steps lead down to the pool deck, where the pool also contains a small internal jacuzzi.

It is a short stroll down to the beach and complimentary use of the Galleon Beach Resort facilities, such as tennis courts, non-motorised watersports and a complimentary water shuttle to English Harbour.

Booking & Payment Info

A deposit is required on booking with the outstanding balance of the holiday required within 9 weeks of departure. The full amount is required if departure is within 9 weeks.

Standard holiday insurance is strongly recommended. 

Cancellation applies only from the date of receipt by the Company of the cancellation notification. If the cancellation notification is received 63 days or more before the departure date, only the holiday deposit and insurance premium is forfeit, plus any costs incurred by us for non-refundable or non changeable travel reservations. Thereafter, the following percentage of the total holiday price will be payable as a cancellation charge by the Client:

Between 63 - 43 days before departure 30%
Between 42 - 28 days before departure 60%
Between 27 - 15 days before departure 80%
Between 14 and the departure date or later 100%
