Designed by Sir Winston Churchill’s relative Lady Sarah Churchill in the 1950’s, Villa Rococo is a luxury Jamaican villa perched on the stunning hilltop of Content estate; a secluded and exclusive location. Since then the villa has became home to royalty, dignitaries and celebrities along with a wide cross- section of individuals from around the world.

Lush Mountain extends for thousands of miles in a superlative spiral that entwined the villa and is completed with botanical gardens and manicured lawns.

There is a complimentary Airport transfers, Internet access and beach membership available courtesy of Villa Rococo. Your driver will meet you at the Airport and whisk you off to the villa in a comfortable air- conditioned Van. Inside the Property

Interior
Situated on Jamaica’s western hillside this three story mansion boasts 5 elegant en – suite bedrooms, all air conditioned, including cable TV, a safety deposit box, stereo, telephone, and a large refrigerator.

Each room leads to an adjoining balcony opening out onto magnificent panoramic views of the mountains and Caribbean Sea.

A small bedroom extends beyond one of the large bedrooms with a shared entrance and bathroom, perfect for a family with small children or teenagers, to share.

The villa is designed to comfortably sleep 10 adults and 2 children, however, 4 additional beds are provided thus accommodating a total of 14 guests, at no extra cost.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, a vast living / dining area which seats twelve and is furnished with mahogany facades, Jamaican art, and cool marble tiles, all of which add to a sophisticated ambience, including an unusual collection of local and international musical instruments for guests to use, if so desired.

There are two double lounge chairs and three single ones (with cushions)plus 6 sitting chairs.

This introduces the ideal opportunity to enjoy your favourite novel and be soothed by the melodic sounds of the birds in the whistling Bamboo trees. Let the cool mountain breezes caress your skin as the tranquilizing atmosphere beguiles and rejuvenates your mind, body and soul.

Providing you with quiet and intimate moments, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet, if you desire a taste of Montego Bay city life, we are only six miles away and within easy driving distance to shopping villages, water sports, golf, tennis, art gallery, nightlife and a host of tourist attractions.

Finally imagine the allure of the in house spa, or a dip in the pool, relax in the Jacuzzi, or unwind in the hammock surrounded by tropical gardens. Villa Rococo is more than a vacation destination.

Booking & Payment Info

Rates are based on double occupancy per room; each additional person attracts $20 nightly. Children under 12 years old stay free!

Payment, Cancellation, and Damages deposit Policy
Your reservation request will be reconfirmed within 24 to 48 hours of your submission. A 50% deposit confirms a reservation. Balance is due 30 days before travel. No refunds for cancellation that are made within 30 days prior to scheduled occupancy. For cancellations 31 or more days prior to schedule occupancy, we will refund all deposits less 10% cancellation fee. For Christmas and New Year the no-refund policy applies 40 days prior to scheduled travel.

*The owners accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, certified checks, money orders and bank transfers.A US$1000 damage deposit also is required. We will refund this promptly on the date of departure if no significant damage is done to the property. Major Credit Cards are accepted at most business establishments in and around Montego Bay. Local banks comprise of First Caribbean Bank, National Commercial bank, RBTT, Novia Scotiabank There are also Automatic Transaction Machines distributed throughout the city.

Staff gratuity of 10% is added to villa rate during the high season (Dec 14 - April 14) and 15% during the low season period (April 15 to Dec 13) and is prepaid prior to client's arrival.

The villa is rented at a minimum of 5 days during the low season and 7 days during the high season. 

We will pre-stock the ingredients for your first meal upon your request, and provide you with the shopping receipt upon your arrival, along with US$60 taxi fee service charge. Your cook will meet you at this time to discuss additional grocery needs.

You may find that grocery items are more expensive than you would normally spend in your own country, this factor contributes to the veracity that most suppermarket items are imported and store proprietors have to pay numerous taxes and import duties. A typical adult daily meal budget may range between US$35 - US$40 and less for children.
