Sea Island Villa is a fully-staffed luxury villa situated on Jamaica's beautiful Northern Coast.

With over 7 private acres and sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea, this 6000 sq ft, 6 bedroom villa, each with its own bathroom, is a stunning property.

Just minutes away from the shopping, culture and night-life of historic Montego Bay, Sea Island Villa is a first-rate holiday destination.

This property is child friendly and handicap accessible.

Sea Island offers luxury service, provided by a staff of 7, including an internationally trained cook, a butler, chambermaids, a laundress and gardeners.

Your bed and bathroom will be serviced every day by the chambermaid and the laundress, the pool and grounds will be tended by the gardener, and the butler will serve, tend the bar, and generally facilitate. 

A special amenity available to guests at Sea Island is a membership at Round Hill. Just minutes away, Round Hill Beach Club is one of the finest private resorts on Jamaica's North Coast. Membership entitles guests to access Round Hill's private beach, fitness centre and tennis on hard-surface courts, lighted for night play and with a pro on-call. (Charges apply to lessons and ball boys.) Round Hill also offers a jogging trail, a gift shop, art gallery, beach bar, piano bar, Continental cuisine in the hotel restaurant ... and picture-perfect sunsets from the waterfront terrace.

Inside the Property

Extensively renovated in 2005, the elegant interiors of Sea Island feature a unique mixture of English Colonial, French and Jamaican furnishings accented by white limestone and rich mahogany floors. The rooms are enhanced by the arrangement of Bombay chests, Oriental and French linen rugs, and various antiques and art.

One of Sea Island's grand features is its 125 ft L-shaped verandah, with its Italian marble tiled wet bar and al fresco dining area. From the verandah, you can overlook the grounds with sea views beyond the tennis court and pool area.

The state of the art kitchen includes a Jamaican Blue Mahoe centre island, a 6 burner stove, a microwave, an ice maker, a dishwasher etc.

The Master bedroom has a king size four-poster bed, French doors to the verandah, an en suite Italian-tiled bathroom, a large walk-in shower and deep soaking bathtub, a large walk-through closet connects the Master bed room and the Pink bedroom. and a TV.

The Pink bedroom has a queen size bed, French doors to the verandah, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bedroom connects with the Master bedroom, making it perfect as a double suite for parents and children.

The Yellow bedroom has a queen size bed, French doors to the verandah, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Beige bedroom has a queen size bed, French doors to the verandah, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Green bedroom has a queen size bed, French doors to the verandah and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Kids bedroom has a double bed, French doors to the verandah, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. (There is a collection of friendly stuffed animals and children's toys, which can be removed for adult occupancy).

All the bedrooms are air conditioned.

All the bathrooms are gracefully designed with recessed walk-in showers, custom tile work and original Art.

Outside the Property

Sea Island's seven private acres of gently sloping land are embellished by a lush lawn, Royal palms and trees bearing breadfruit, mangos, naseberries, pimentos and wild orchids.

The large, private swimming pool enjoys stunning sea views with plenty of outside furniture to enjoy the sun or the shade.

The tennis court is surrounded by lush, green lawn and trees.

Booking & Payment Info

A 25% deposit of the total rental cost is required to confirm a reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to bookings that are cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival.

A deposit of 50% is required to book the villa for Christmas or New Year, with the balance due 120 days prior to arrival.
No refunds for cancellations are made within the 120 days. 

Check-in time for Sea Island is 1:00pm. Check-out is 11:00 on departure day.

The gourmet chef bases her grocery shopping on your preferences and purchases the food for you. A bill is presented at the end of the week. Food prices range from $280-$318 per adult per week or approx. $45 a day per adult.

It is customary to pay your staff a gratuity at the end of the week. 10% is recommended during the high season and 15% during the low season. The gratuities must be paid locally, in cash.
