Property Description

Built in a pretty local ‘gingerbread’ style, with typical fretwork touches and painted in vibrant colours, these are some of the most popular properties in Tobago.

Accommodation:

The layout of each villa is identical, but the furnishings vary in design making each villa unique and the shape and location of the swimming pools also differ.

One of the main features of the villas is the extensive, covered verandah on the first floor, overlooking the pool and tropical gardens, which is the perfect place for dining alfresco.

Each villa is built on two storeys, with the main sitting room on the ground floor which leads out via two sets of French doors to the furnished, covered terrace.
There is a wet bar in the sitting room with basic facilities for making poolside refreshments.

Unusually, the well-equipped kitchen is found on the first floor of the villas and leads out to the upstairs furnished verandah. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom with French doors to the verandah and a twin bedroom, both with air-conditioning and have been decorated in bright Caribbean colours.

On the ground floor there is a further air-conditioned bedroom and a separate cloakroom with shower, which can also be accessed from the pool terrace.

Set within the gardens of exotic trees, including mango and cocoa, is the swimming pool, either rectangular or free-form, some have an integrated Jacuzzi. The pools are surrounded by terracing and each villa has a barbecue. Some of the villas interconnect via gates in the gardens and are therefore ideal for several families or groups of friends traveling together.

The Sea Shell Villas are one of the few properties in Tobago where a car is not necessary for your holiday.



For all periods of rental linen and towels are included in the price.
Together with Utilities and Services: water, gas, electricity, air-conditioning etc. for the duration of the rental.

Booking & Payment Info

To reserve a property, a deposit of 30% of the total villa price is required, or the full amount if within 9 weeks of departure. Final Payment Your security deposit (see below, if not payable locally) and final balance are payable 9 weeks before your departure. You will be sent a reminder 11 weeks before departure if your balance is still outstanding. If you are travelling within 9 weeks, full payment of all charges is payable at the time that you confirm your booking. Security Deposit A security deposit is required to be held by us against any unpaid local accounts or damage to the villa which may be incurred.
