Situated in an elevated position, above the small lane that runs behind Grafton Beach and surrounded by tropical beauty, Yellow Bird offers everything that you could want in a holiday villa.

The interior of cool white walls, tiled floors and cane furniture of vibrant fabrics add to the elegance and freshness of this very high standard villa.

Accommodation:

The ground floor is designed for daytime living, with a spacious and attractive living room and a separate dining area, through an arch is a modern well equipped fitted kitchen with a central island.
French windows open out from the living area to the extensive covered verandah, which runs the full width of the villa.

All the ground floor rooms have ceiling fans to assist the natural ventilation.

The first floor has three air-conditioned bedrooms, each is furnished in a pretty coastal style with French windows opening onto a wide, covered and furnished balcony, with views out over the gardens, pool and to the sea beyond. One of the bedrooms is a double (queen size) and the other rooms have twin beds. All three bedrooms have en - suite shower rooms.

Into the garden a sun deck adjoins the rectangular swimming pool, with steps leading into the shallow end and the poolside gazebo offers another choice for leisurely alfresco dining.



For all periods of rental linen and towels are included in the price.
Together with Utilities and Services: water, gas, electricity, air-conditioning etc. for the duration of the rental.

Booking & Payment Info

To reserve a property, a deposit of 30% of the total villa price is required, or the full amount if within 9 weeks of departure. Final Payment Your security deposit (see below, if not payable locally) and final balance are payable 9 weeks before your departure. You will be sent a reminder 11 weeks before departure if your balance is still outstanding. If you are travelling within 9 weeks, full payment of all charges is payable at the time that you confirm your booking. Security Deposit A security deposit is required to be held by us against any unpaid local accounts or damage to the villa which may be incurred.
