Property Description

As its name suggests, Mot Mot Ridge is set astride a hilltop amongst seven acres of well established tropical gardens, assuring complete privacy and tranquillity. There are simply breathtaking panoramic views along the rocky coastline beyond the Caribbean Sea and on the other side to the rainforest, where you might even see a brightly coloured Mot Mot bird.

Accommodation:

Built in a classic plantation style with polished wooden floors, large cool rooms, and wrap-round verandahs on both levels.
The first floor comprises of three bedrooms, the master bedroom has an elegant four poster bed, dressing room, and en-suite bathroom. There are two twin bedrooms which share a shower room, all bedrooms have air conditioning and open onto a verandah of magnificent views.
The ground floor comprises of a large living / dining area and a well equipped kitchen with a separate laundry room, all of which opens out onto a furnished terrace equipped with a gas BBQ ideal for alfresco dining, surrounded by tropical gardens and a good sized oblong pool.

A small sandy beach is accessed by a steep path and is perfect for snorkelling.



For all periods of rental
linen and towels are included in the price.
Together with Utilities and Services: water, gas, electricity, air-conditioning etc. for the duration of the rental.

Booking & Payment Info

To reserve a property, a deposit of 30% of the total villa price is required, or the full amount if within 9 weeks of departure. Final Payment Your security deposit (see below, if not payable locally) and final balance are payable 9 weeks before your departure. You will be sent a reminder 11 weeks before departure if your balance is still outstanding. If you are travelling within 9 weeks, full payment of all charges is payable at the time that you confirm your booking. Security Deposit A security deposit is required to be held by us against any unpaid local accounts or damage to the villa which may be incurred.
