Furnished to a very high standard each two storey villa has a similar layout and is set within its own landscaped tropical garden.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with a central work island and laundry room.
This elegant, open-plan living area leads out through French doors to a large covered verandah with outside dining and seating areas overlooking the furnished pool deck, with an infinity edge swimming pool or plunge pool.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms - a double and a twin bedroom, each with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning, a private balcony and views overlooking the sea. They are decorated in a classical style; two of the bedrooms have four-poster beds, draped with elegant fabrics.

Stonehaven has almost 10 acres of grounds and there is a central Club House with a bar, office and infinity edge pool.
The Pavilion restaurant offers casual lunches and fine candle-lit dinners. The resort office can organize golf, diving, rain forest hikes, bird watching and deep-sea fishing, evening meals and even beauty treatments can be provided in the privacy of your own villa.

For all periods of rental linen and towels are included in the price.
Together with Utilities and Services: water, gas, electricity, air-conditioning etc. for the duration of the rental.

Booking & Payment Info

To reserve a property, a deposit of 30% of the total villa price is required, or the full amount if within 9 weeks of departure. Final Payment Your security deposit (see below, if not payable locally) and final balance are payable 9 weeks before your departure. You will be sent a reminder 11 weeks before departure if your balance is still outstanding. If you are travelling within 9 weeks, full payment of all charges is payable at the time that you confirm your booking. Security Deposit A security deposit is required to be held by us against any unpaid local accounts or damage to the villa which may be incurred.
