Cool tiles, polished marble floors, and natural stone have been used to create this very special, substantial villa that sits overlooking the sea at Black Rock.

Villa Mirage;
Steps from the main entrance lead up to the large open-plan living/dining room, both are elegantly furnished. The ground floor area leads onto a covered verandah, which runs the full width of the house and overlooks the tropical gardens and pool.
The verandah is where you will spend much of your time, with no less than four different seating areas that are furnished with comfortable rattan chairs and with outdoor dining facilities, idyllic for alfresco meals.

Two spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms, a separate fully-equipped kitchen complete the ground floor accommodation.

From the charming and luxuriously furnished living area, stairs descend to an air-conditioned games room and bar, air–conditioned gym, and a delightful self-contained apartment with one bedroom (double or twin). In addition there is a full kitchen and a separate laundry room.

Sweeping up the marble staircase leads to the first floor landing and corridor to the master bedroom, with its own Jacuzzi and balcony, and two further beautifully appointed bedrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans and open onto either the ground floor or first floor verandahs.

Steps lead down from the main verandah to the oval swimming pool, which sits amongst furnished terraces overlooking the sea. There is an elegantly furnished gazebo that completes this villa, which is located on the beautiful, sandy Turtle Beach.


For all periods of rental linen and towels are included in the price.
Together with Utilities and Services: water, gas, electricity, air-conditioning etc. for the duration of the rental.

Booking & Payment Info

To reserve a property, a deposit of 30% of the total villa price is required, or the full amount if within 9 weeks of departure. Final Payment Your security deposit (see below, if not payable locally) and final balance are payable 9 weeks before your departure. You will be sent a reminder 11 weeks before departure if your balance is still outstanding. If you are travelling within 9 weeks, full payment of all charges is payable at the time that you confirm your booking. Security Deposit A security deposit is required to be held by us against any unpaid local accounts or damage to the villa which may be incurred.
