A separate Concierge House is located on the property to provide attentive guest services at every turn, including boat excursions along the Sir Francis Drake Channel and champagne sunset cruises.

Guests have the rare option of renting more than one villa, or even all three, to accommodate large gatherings of up to 36 people in one private enclave.

Inside the Property

A dream home away from home can best describe the feeling of an Aquamare beach front villa.

Use of local stonework, rich hard woods, travertine marble and 30-foot vaulted ceilings surrounded by lush landscape are hallmark features of Aquamare.

Each villa is designed with a private waterfront infinity pool with unobstructed views of the Drake Channel, gourmet kitchen and inside/outside dining areas for group gatherings.

With three elegant Spa Suites, one Junior Suite (with king size beds) and one double room (with 2 queen size beds), each villa accommodates up to 12 guests or family members in its own 8,000 sq.ft open air living space.

All five bedrooms villas feature comfortable spacious areas and ample balconies with spectacular ocean views. But a distinguishing feature of the Aquamare experience is located in each of the spa suites, open, yet completely sheltered marble bath areas with separate outdoor shower rooms.

The guest rooms include 400-thread count Frette linens, a pillow menu, and Bulgari toiletries.

Spa Services: The Aquamare Villas were designed to bring a line of signature spa treatments to the privacy and comfort of your room. Treatments include deep tissue or hot stones massages, as well as detox body wraps. Guests have the freedom to choose where they would like their treatments, be it in the Master Suite, on the private balcony, perhaps a water-based treatment in the outdoor shower room, or under the shade of a thatched palapa at the waters edge.

Swim with Dolphins: A 15 minute boat trip from Aquamare to the neighbouring island of Tortola provides guests with an experience of a lifetime, a swim with dolphins.

Scuba Diving: The British Virgin Islands chain is one of the most stunning place on earth for scuba diving, with more than 30 sites to explore, including the famous Rhone shipwreck, located near Norman Island.

Villa Boats: A Azimut 62-foot power yacht and a Tiara 36-foot cruising yacht are available for rental exclusively to Aquamare guests for private exploration of Virgin Gorda's geographic splendour and that of the neighbouring islands in the BVI chain.

Water Sports: The Villas have complimentary kayaks, a catarmaran and snorkelling gear for enjoying Virgin Gorda's famously clear, turquiose waters.

Booking & Payment Info

Clients may reserve the Aquamare Villas with a 50% deposit of the weekly rental rate, which must be received 5 days after you receive our invoice, in order for the reservation to be confirmed. The Villa will not be considered booked until this step is made. The 50% remaining balance plus the 7% Government Tax and 12% Service Charge should be paid at least 60 days before the client's arrival date to the villa. NO exceptions. If final payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled with the proper cancellation fees applied. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days after the deposit has been received there will be a $500 managing fee.

Any booking made within 10 days of the client's arrival, must be paid in full within 24 hours of the reservation being made.

Christmas Season reservations must be paid in full within 7 days from the booking being made.

Cancellation Policies: A 25% cancellation policy of the total weekly rate applies on reservations cancelled more than 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged on all cancellations made 61 to 89 days prior to the date of arrival. If your cancellation is made within 60 days of your arrival date, there will be no refunds made. There will be no refunds granted for late arrivals or premature departures, but we will be happy to credit you for a future booking - but you must travel within one year, and no subletting to another party is permitted. We highly recommend travel insurance.

In the event of a FORCE MAJEURE, like a hurricane, preventing the client from having normal use of the villas or prevents the clients from receiving the appropriate services, all funds will be reimbursed. If in the case of a hurricane and if the client has to be evacuated after staying some days in the villa, a refund will be given for the unused portion of the rental.

Damage Deposit: A $2,000.00 security/damage deposit will be taken at the time of the remaining balance is paid. This will be used solely to cover any damage and not to pay for other services request during the clients stay. This will be refunded with 30 days of the clients departure.

In each room there are 3 remote controls for the TV, Satellite Dish and DVD. Charge for lost control: $100.00 each. There are 6 Ipod dock stations located 1 in each room and 1 in the living room. Charge for lost dock station is $250 each. There is a Bose radio located in the living room; charge for the loss of Bose radio is $2,000.

Pets of any kind are NOT allowed on the villa's premises. A pet of evidence of a pet found on premises will cause immediate eviction, and forfeiture of Guest's entire rent and deposit.

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa or the rooms. A $500 charge will be added to your account for cleaning, deodorizing and disinfecting a room.

Guests and members of their party shall not use or permit to be brought into the villa and its surroundings any illegal substances, flammable fluids or other explosives, fireworks or articles deemed hazardous to life, limb or property.

Guests must vacate their villas no later than 11am, and check-in time is 3pm. Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced at our villas. If you would like a later check-out time, please enquire. Late check-outs, without proper approvals will be subject to a charge of one additional day. Under no circumstances the Guests or members of their party, will be allowed to enter the Villas before 3pm, unless otherwise pre-arranged with our concierge.

Appropriate Villa Use: A maximum of 12 guests per villa. The villas are not to be used for activities exceeding this amount of people. There is a NO GLASS policy in the swimming pool area. In the event of a glass breaking in the swimming pool, the clients will be charged for the pool to be emptied and cleaned. Group activities like parties in the Private Beach Park in the front of Villa 1 can take place only when the 3 villas in the Aquamare compound are rented to the same person or company.

Daily housekeeping services are provided seven days a week, including a turn-down service every evening.

For guests convenience, a laundry service is also provided.

Some of the top culinary talent in the Caribbean are available as private chefs by the day or by the week.

Guests may pre-order groceries and supplies for delivery prior to arrival. A selection of fine wines is available upon request.

Childcare and babysitting is available upon request.
