Property Description

An historic seaside Manor House dating back to 1880. Located on the outskirts of Dinard.

The house enjoys a marvellous view to the sea and the famous city of Saint-Malo. Steps lead down from the house directly to the beach below.

The house has been decorated and furnished with taste.

For all periods of rental - linen/towels and final cleaning are included in the price. However, the telephone is charged on a usage basis. Also if the house is left in an unreasonable condition then additional cleaning will be charged.

NOTE: we regret we do not accept pets at the house or allow smoking inside the house.

ONLY two children under the age of 5 are permitted.

Although the house has 9 bedrooms the owner prefers to sleep only 12 persons and that only if essential can the three single bedrooms be used for children.

Inside the Property

Kitchen/breakfast area

There is a huge kitchen with large tiled breakfast table. From here you have lovely views of the sea and the garden.

Bedrooms

The house has two floors above ground. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, one with sun room and sea view and one single bedroom and two independent bathrooms and two independent WCs. On the second floor there are a further three double bedrooms, each with a wash basin and a separate bathroom and a separate shower.

There are three independent bathrooms and WC.

The living areas

On the ground floor there is a big drawing room also known as a 'salon' with a bow window, feature fireplace, a large dining room, a TV room with English Channel and a room which is called the "Winter Garden", with verandah.

The basement

In the basement is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Outside the Property

The grounds

On one side of the seaside Manor House, the steps lead down to the small beach. On the other side of the house, there is a large lawn area with plenty of trees.

The house enjoys marvellous views to the Atlantic coast and Saint-Malo.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque for 50% of the total cost is required. Final balance required 8 weeks before the due date. A bond/sec. deposit is also taken to cover the telephone and any breakages.
