Property Description

This magnificent, recently restored 12th Century Château is set in 5 acres of beautiful grounds and comprises of 8 individual residences. There is a beautiful pool and well maintained tennis court that are both available for the residents.

The Château is 4 kilometres from the ancient town of Lorgues, which boasts many excellent restaurants to suit all budgets. The town hosts one of the regions best markets every Tuesday morning, selling just about everything, from local produce to imported clothes, fabrics and interesting bric a brac. 45 minutes to the North lie

The beach towns of Saint Maxime and Saint Tropez are both about 40 kms away. There are several stunning golf courses within a 30 minute drive.

The property may not be suitable for young infants due to the balcony.

Inside the Property

The 100m2 apartment boasts a large open fire place and open plan modern kitchen living area, leading out on to the balcony which is suitable for al fresco dining and sun bathing, and overlooks vineyards and distant hills.

The thick walls ensure that the apartment stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

The Master bedroom has a double bed and French doors leading out onto the balcony. The en suite bathroom is large, spacious and luxurious.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds with views overlooking the beautiful countryside. The second bathroom has a well fitted shower, basin and WC.

Outside the Property

There is an outdoor shared pool and tennis court. Large grounds and gardens to explore.

There are 20 garden chairs and 20 beach chairs.

Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A bond/security deposit is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.

Heating in winter will be charged on a usage basis.
